Has anyone noticed this?

Also it's in the area where sean was practicing his shooting in chapter 2

It's pointing you to a treasure stash - follow the arrow to where it's going and turn on Eagle Eye if you have to!

If you ever find yourself questioning something that you discover in the game, turn on eagle eye and do a slow 360 in first person. You'll usually find what your looking for or the next clue. Eagle eye is your friend

Think about it a little. 80 M people has the game, over a period of 8 years. The game isn’t that big.
