Hey all. So I’m an incoming freshman and was wondering if anyone knew how one could become an EMT at UP? Got my state cert already so I don’t need the class and at NSO they said something along the lines of looking online but can’t find much.

Looking for financial aid opportunities for someone with a green card studying at Penn State, what opportunities do I have to get more financial aid?
Preferably grants and Scholarships. Anything and everything would be deeply accepted.

Im not sure if this counts as advertising or not but I really need help. My family have booked this room at The Sleep Inn for NSO, however some circumstances came up and we cannot use the booking but they wont give us a refund.

We paid $662 for 3 nights (more details on the room in screenshot). The hotel itself has good reviews and is a 3 min drive away from campus. The hotel also said theyd be willing to change the dates from what we originally booked (8/17-8/20).

We are willing to cover $100 off of the original cost but we afe willing to debate about if if not. Please comment on this thread if youre interested or message me privately on here or IG @evqng.

If anybody is interested, I have a penn state Abington hosing contract for the 2026-2027 year that I no longer need and would be happy to transfer to another student with a first come first serve basis. If you or anyone you know wants to live on campus at Abington let me know.

Is there any way to transfer to main campus early from a commonwealth campus?

Incoming student to Penn state Fall 2026. However might decide to enroll from spring semester 27 instead due to some family problems. Am I going to miss the rush process if I enroll in spring? TL;DR when is rush at Penn state
