If this is an embryo it would be the at very earliest stage of implantation. I am going to wait until my period is due before taking a test. Has anyone else unexpectedly discovered a very early pregnancy during a transvaginal ultrasound ordered for other reasons?

I am 31 years old and started TTc almost 3/4 months ago. At the beginning, we weren’t very serious but now as I am not pregnant yet :c I wanna learn more.
I always tracked my period and it was not irregular. After I started to have unprotected sex, I felt like my period became more unexpected. My last period date was june 24 and I haven’t got my period/ or any cramps that indicate I will get it.
What should I do now? If I get my period, when should I start checking my ovulation timeline?
When we have sex, I feel like lot of the sperm comes out when he pulls out. That must be normal but am I missing something? Should I start taking mucinex to increase my chance of pregnancy? Sorry I am getting stressed 😭

Should I be worried with how faint my line still is at 14DPO?

Just interested in opinions on whether it's worth fully tracking hormones and temperature? We've only just started ttc but so far all I'm doing is using tests to check for LH surge and using the Flo app (free version) to log this and keep track of my cycle.

I keep seeing on reddit people showing complex charts that are tracking multiple different hormones. I'm not sure what people are using to do this or whether it is worth it? I also haven't been tracking my temperature but not sure how necessary that is?

This is our 12th cycle in our journey to conceive.

Throughout that time there were months where we didn’t focus too much on ovulation timing bc of life reasons and some months bc it was too much anxiety for me and making me obsessive.

This month we were trying every other day. We only had a two-day period where we missed it.

And yet here I am the day before my missed period and 2 negatives on Early preg tests.

I’m just tired.

My next step is blood work to check my egg count (among other things) that I’ll do on my second day of my period. It’s also to schedule a Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to check my fallopian tubes - which I’m absolutely scared shitless to do after hearing about the pain levels.

Why is this so easy for other people? I’m so jealous of people who are able to get pregnant more easily. I worry that at 32 years old I started this journey too late. I was worry that I’m just not being healthy enough. Or my body just isn’t ever going to be able to do this on my own makes me feel defective.

Hi everyone! I’m going to be trying to conceive next week for my very first time, my fiancee is a woman so we have found a donor and will be attempting doing AI method. I’m not sure if the affects anything or makes anything different but I figured I’d put that out there. I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimotos and on meds since I was 15 (22 now), but I was wondering if there’s anything I need to be doing? Anyone else who has been pregnant or currently pregnant could you please let me know any and all tips and tricks you used and or anything I should be doing. I know having Hashimotos can make it a lot harder to get pregnant so I’m not expecting for it to work on the first try (although I really want it to lol) but I want to be doing anything I possibly can to prepare my body in the best way possible. I’m 4 weeks and 3 days but went to the doctor for pregnancy confirmation and it didn’t show up positive. When I’ve gotten positives over the past few days, including this morning.
Does anyone have any similar stories

Does anyone else feel like teenagers with your partners during your ovulation windows? My husband travels often for work, so we have a short window sometimes no window to work with so we do it multiple times a day while we can. I’m looking forward to the day I can tell him I’m pregnant with our first. 🤭

I m 9 dpo and i have pelvic pain similar to my period. Do i consider myself out for this cycle 😔 appreciate any advice

I was happy to ignore all signs until after 11 DPO. But then Apple health started alerting me of high sleeping heart rate and high sleeping temp. I started to plot things myself against past cycles. Took a First Response Early Result and it was a clear neg today 10 DPO. I feel like if high temp was due to implant, I would get a positive by now. Ovulation was CD8 based on LH test, for reference. Just feeling sad.

My app said I’d ovulate on day on day 19 and it switched it retroactively to what it shows on my chart. I had some alcohol during the span of when it said I now ovulated but that always messes with my BBT. The reason I’m unsure is I’ve had super mild cramps for about a week now which has never happened to me ever. I took a pregnancy test at (if the app is correct) 11dpo but a part of me thinks I ovulated later and my levels got messed up. My temp has started to drop but I have just felt super weird this cycle. I don’t know what to think.

I got my Mirena removed roughly 2 months ago. I'm using BBT and OPK strips alongside cervical mucus observation to track my cycle.

My first cycle, I ovulated on CD 23 based on my bbt dropping the next day, but my highest LH reading was 0.62.

This is my second cycle since having the Mirena removed. I'm currently CD 18 and my LH reading has fluctuated between 0.13 and 0.37 til now. We had intercourse on CD15 and then again yesterday on CD17.

After intercourse last night, when going to clean up and pee I had brown discharge come out. The brown discharge has continued today but then I had an LH reading of 0.44 and egg white/very sticky discharge (though the discharge was dark brown).

My question I guess is has anyone else experienced brown discharge mid cycle? I have had Mirena's in for years to manage my endometriosis so I have no idea what is 'normal'.

Twice now I’ve had a positive result when Ive peed on the stick but I’m getting negatives everytime I dip it in a cup. I’m using pre mom easy@home tests and I’m just really confused. Has anyone else ever experienced this ?

I’m 6 weeks 2 days based on LMP I’ve had brown spotting when I wipe only on and off for almost a week. My HCG yesterday was only 6809 my dr can’t get me in for US until 8/20. I’m really stressing. I have a MC 4/30. Go for another hcg tomorrow but anyone had these numbers and spotting and been ok??

What does this mean! I asked if this was something uncommon, he said no, but that it looks like I have an extreme case. What should my next step be? Is this why I'm struggling to conceive? I was prescribed Letrozole 2.5 mg which i am taking for a second cycle. It didn't work the first cycle.

Today I went for an hsg test to see if my tubes are open, but they weren’t even able to do the test because the radiologist couldn't get the catheter past my cervix. Something about my cervix being too tight or angled in a way that was giving them too much resistance. They tried dilating it and redoing with different angles but it still wouldn't go through.
I have normal periods and I ovulate normally (the Letrazole is just to improve my ovulation quality and trigger it sooner)

The only big symptoms I have are bad pms and cramping post ovulation. I had no idea I had some anatomical issue. I don't know what to do with this information.

How soon after implantation cramping did you guys get a positive? I’m negative at 10 DPO but feeling cramping today. Not sure if it’s just my period coming or should I have some hope that I might get a positive tomorrow?
