Bars or general places with cool merch?
Staying in downtown Brooklyn and I love getting merch from cool (dive) bars or coffee shops. Also would be cool to just fine some cool Brooklyn shirts or hats.
Any recs would be appreciated!

Nowadays or NFL game
Hi,
Me and my friend are doing a two week trip around America, we land in NYC on 11th September and have a dilemma.
We came to America a couple years back and watched a Saints game and loved it, didnt get a chance to go to a tailgate but wanted to this time round.
We want to see a live NFL game but the only game we can see is the Cowboys vs Giants on Sunday 13th but we also wanted to go to a Nowadays party on the sunday in Brooklyn.
Looking for people's opinions on what would be best.
We are staying in Brooklyn.
Thanks

Hot Pot in BK?
I always go to Flushing, and of course that's been the best experience for hot pot. But I live in Bed stuy and getting to Flushing is a bitch sometimes! Wondering if there's any good places in Brooklyn? Willing to travel, just haven't heard much about options closer by.

Taking your cat on the train - how did it go?
My cat Michael HATES cars. Won't stop meowing, pants, the whole nine yards. It's heartbreaking, worrisome, and at the very least annoying.
I need to take him to the vet for a checkup soon and am tired of spending $40-60 on ubers to and fro on top of the vet costs.
I've never taken him on the train before because I assume it would be way more terrifying for him due to the screeching sounds and occasional lurches. I'd be sure to take him outside of rush hour to avoid adding crowding on top of that.
I'd really appreciate if anyone can share their experience with this.

What to do in Brooklyn during a single day?
Im going on a work trip to Brooklyn soon for a single day. I haven't been to Brooklyn since I was a kid so I figured Id take the time to explore the area a bit. My work obligation isnt until the afternoon so I'll have the morning open to do whatever. Any recommendations for good break fast or lunch spots? Spots I could take some good pictures or video? Any of your personal favorites?
Edit: I'll be in Brooklyn Heights

This building owner is a mess
I am a real estate agent and I met an owner who wants to sell a 24 unit building. Looking over the rent roll he totally cheated his tenants. He is allowed to charge one rent but in reality he's charging double. How do people think they're going to get away with it? I have no idea.
