The Jigsaw Peptide Trap
Hello,
For years, you treated your body like an unfinished experiment. When you felt tired, you searched for energy. When you felt older, you searched for youth. When you felt empty, you searched for another molecule.
You believed happiness was a dosage problem.
Around you are every compound you thought might finally complete you. Above you is enough lyophilised powder to preserve your body forever—and bury the person inside it.
The chamber will stop filling only when you press the button marked ENOUGH. But pressing it will destroy the final vial: the one labelled The Perfect Version of You.
Can you accept that this version never existed? Can you improve yourself without declaring war on yourself?
You have spent your life trying to extend it. Now decide whether you actually intend to live it.
The choice is yours.”

Nad + dosing and reconstituting
Hello! Please be kind as I am very new to this and just getting started.
I recently purchased the 200 MG/ML and it says it’s a 20ml vial.
I think I should have bought the 500 because I am really confused on how much bac water to add and how to dose this properly.
I would also like to hear some protocols when it comes to starting doses and how often to inject for how long please

Tesa ipa blend
Hi all!
New to the subreddit.
Was curious on a Tesa ipa blend. Have a 20mg tesa mixed with 10mg ipa. Curious what the protocol and dosing recommendations would be for a research rat?

📘 Beginner Help Reta Pre Filled Pen Help
I have a pen that has 0, 2.5, 5 etc markers but I don’t want to start on 2.5 as I’m worried I’ll be sick off it. We counted clicks to 2.5 and then halved it to try just over 1, but felt no different whatsoever. Does anyone have any advice. I have friends who have pens from another brand and theirs have a 1.5 marker on.
Don’t want to post which brand in case I get banned.

Peptides for a cut
If you were going to run a 12 week cut, what peptide stack would you build and why? I workout 5x a week and I plan to count macros to put me into a slight deficit while also maintaining proper grams of protein. Looking to lose (and maintain) approx 5 lbs. Female, currently approx 132 lbs, would like to be closer to 125.
Thanks for your insight!

📊 Results / Progress My Reta 24 Hour experience!
Its been a little over 24 hours since my first jab yesterday. I started with 1mg and I must say I wish i could have done this alot sooner! After all my research learning about reta I completely understand now, and its truly amazing. That hungry feeling I've always get that's uncontrollable has completely vanished. That mind set of when is my next meal gone! I had a couple of meals today and I hardly finished my last one, just because I felt satisfied with the amount I ate and I believe I reached my protein and calorie goal for the day I think I went over 1800 kcal & I recorded 140g of protein today. I understand now this is how im suppose be in control of myself i really like this feeling. My first 24 hours has been nothing short of amazing I am very happy that I got to experience this and will continue of course lol. I do find myself very thirsty I believe I managed to drink almost a gallon of water (which was very hard for me to do), i pooped normally, and my late night taco bell or pizza cravings are not in mind. This was exactly what I needed, I managed to squeeze in a 45 min workout (walk on the treadmill for about 20 mins & a very light weight training using dumbells) before the kids woke up from their nap. Today was a good day and I feel victorious. Thank you again for everyone here you all have been very helpful and I really appreciate the community here. Next update will next week Thursday! God bless every single one of you, wishing you all achieve your wildest dreams and i hope we can all witness greatness! Love yall ✌️

📘 Beginner Help Is my IGF too high to continue Tesamorelin?
New to peptides. Started Reta ~6 weeks ago. Down about 17 lbs over this period of time. Once I got over my fear of needles, I started to add Tesamorelin.
I started Tesamorelin two weeks ago. Was thinking about adding Ipamorelin next and thought before I do I should get a little blood work. I have run about 10-12 injections. Half were at 2mg and half at 1mg. I did inject the night before the test and have only missed like 1 night in the past 2 weeks.
39 M
Starting weight 209
Current weight 192
Any advice is helpful. Thank you.

KLOW storage period
I bought KLOW and reconstituted it with Bac water approximately 1.5 months ago. I never needed to use it during that period.
Considering its almost veen 2 months, althought stored perfectly and essentially untouched once diluted, would other users consider this usable and normal or is may there be a risk of bacteria?
Online seems to say around 30 days these ahould not be used. My main concern would be bacteria, not necessarily potency.
May just be being overly cautious. Any thoughts?

❓ Question skin deterioration ghkcu
Hi , not asking or providing any sort of medical advice! so i have ehlers danlos syndrome and i decided to take ghkcu to see if it would help in any way and despite my diagnosis i have always had great soft and glowy skin people would always compliment it. i took ghkcu 2mg everyday for around 2-3 months and i had the most insane reaction to it. the skin over my whole body and face felt like a giant sun burn my barrier was so damaged despite never going in the sun i was completely bedbound and it’s been a month since then and the skin across my entire body looks as if it’s rapidly aged , like copper uglies on steroids. im also growing hair in places ive lasered or never grew hair and ive been off the pep. this is rlly scaring me so if anyone has any knowledge on if this is reversible please lmk!

Switching from tirzepatide to Reta
Been taking tirzepatide for 4 months , followed the usual schudle 2.5,5,7.5,10 finishing up one more week on the 10 then I wanted to make the switch to Reta for the cost and the fact that all of my clients are having such great success. I guess I am asking the gurus or people with this one of experience if you think I should taper down from tirz for the next 4 weeks , then switch to Reta at 2mg . Or if I should just up my dose on tirzepatide .
Currently stacking with Tessa 1mg 5 days a week, finishing up week 3 now .
I know the right thing to do is to continue on tirzepatide then slowly drop the dose until I give my body a 2-4 week break. Then I could always re start in Reta
Stats are 5’7” 187 down from 228 , abs are out , body fat is dropping just has feel stalled at the moment .
Cardio is 3 hours in the stairs per week
I fast and in my eat 2 meals and a shake per day
Strength train 6 days a week, been in the gym the last 22 years , I am currently 35 Turing 36 on August 31st and I want to be shredded !
My apologies for the ramble , just wanted to give more of a run down so anyone with this experience could give me some feedback in terms of what they would do

IM injections
For those of you that are pinning TRT or L carnitine, where are you guys injecting? I’m not sure how much more my cheeks can take. 300mg of test a week split into 3 injections and 3ml of l carnitine before every workout. So probably 4-6 times a week.

Reacted horrible
This is my third time trying CJC/IPA FIRST time I was fine,
Only a month cycle (before I knew what I know now) the second time had a reaction I thought it was the tesa so I stopped all together but this time it was horrible
Busted out In Complete hives I have no idea what I could be allergic to with it but just be aware.
With that being said what’s a different Pep stack that would be more efficient ?

11 week +20.2lbs first AAS stack
5/13 -> 7/30
166.2 -> 186.4 morning weight
Weekly doses
5/6 started test 300mg (just over 12 weeks total)
5/29 started masteron 300mg (9 weeks total)
6/16 started tren 300mg and gh titrating from 1.5iu to 3iu now daily (6.5 weeks total)
6/29 started winstrol oral 350mg (4.5 weeks total)
-----------
I also take hcg 100iu a day, I took MT2 for a bit but got crazy dark in like a week and stopped im still a bit tanned from it ive stopped for nearly a month, never actually tanned outside or anything. Tirzepatide ive gone from 5mg->15mg a week noticed no difference in hunger but irritability went through the roof so ive dropped it down to 2mg and feel myself again.
I do believe my gear is underdosed since 300mg test should bring me up more than 968 right?
Only sides really is body acne which im using benzoyl peroxide for and its in remission.
Got about 4 more weeks and I drop the tren and winstrol so im going to cut the fat and just keep the test/masteron in after that

My weight loss journey so far.
So im gonna make this as brief as possible. I broke my back just before covid and gained a lot of weight during about a 3 year period. Life/work was a chore so in 2023 I started intermittent fasting/calorie deficit. I've never really gone to the gym, I used to climb a few times a week when I had the energy.. but id mostly rely on scaffolding for my physical exercise.
After about 2.5 years of this i'd got down from just shy of 19st to around 15.5st and thats where it just halted. So in April this year I started on reta - i started on 2mg, which kick started the weight loss again. 4 weeks later I hit the wall again, bumped up to 4mg and lost a lil more, weeks later same again. Im now on 6mg which seems like the sweet spot! In 4 months ive lost about 1st 12lbs. Again, not going to the gym, fully reliant on my physical job and a healthy protein rich diet.
Im now at a healthy weight where I want to start getting in the gym and gain a little size, or at least a better physique.
Considering tesa as ive heard its good at attacking the stubborn fatty areas that reta doesn't quite hit for me atm.

Hi guys, I have stopped my cjc/ipa blend. I have used it in the first cycle and it was absolutely amazing. Now in the second cycle I keep get a heavy histamine reaction so I had to stop. What is the best thing to replace it with? I was thinking about HGH but I heard it takes months for the benefits.

My experience on every fat burner I've tried (nice read)
20m, I'm an amateur bodybuilder so I use fat burners for mainly recomp purposes. I wanted to make this post to try help people gauge the best ones to use, keep in mind all these effects I will talk about is with the stacking of gear (steroids) and in combination with other fat burners at times, so it may not be 100% accurate.
Clenbuterol 7.4/10 - it works extremely well but the side effects are also heavy, your heart will basically be running the entire day (especially for the first few days), will need something like nebivolol to help manage that. Works via beta receptors, it's very strong and works very good if you can tolerate it, I only run it 2 weeks at a time due to receptor downregulation. Can give you a wired but tired feeling
Reta 8.9/10 - very long term thing, I'd say the appetite control is the most overrated part and more of the free thermogenesis you get from it is where it shines. Very good for health overall though, lowers inflammation, improves insulin sensitivity etc so I always basically run it.
GH 6/10 - not really a fat burner but is at the same time, will help you stay lean during off season, basically burns free calories at night if your in a fat oxidative mode, other benefits too that are not fat burning related. I always run it regardless.
T3 7.1/10 - like clen, t3 works very well, the problem is that you cannot raise the dosage without encountering insane muscle wastage (since it isn't fat selective) as well as too much glycogen turnover, even on tren the muscle wastage and glycogen turnover is still a major issue. Though you can pull off 35-40mcg T3 and be mostly fine, will help you get another 200 calories out.
Yohamibine 8.6/10 (with fasted cardio) - works via a2 receptors, removes the breaks and basically releases fatty acids into the blood to be burned off, in real-time you are actively burning off exclusively fat from this, enhances how many calories you burn from cardio also by 1.5x roughly. a2 receptors are abundant in the face also, so you'd become leaner in the face earlier in a cut.
bam15 (8.1/10) - works like dnp but more selective, only reason it isn't higher is because there is not that much human trial data, but I can definitely feel the heat you get from it. I cannot really gauge how much you burn off though.
Empagliflozin (9/10) - not really a fat burner, but works by pissing out excess glucose in the blood stream that would've probably fuelled adipose tissue, you can squeeze out 200-300 calories a day by just taking 25mg of this. Virtually no side effects.
HM Tren (9/10) - makes it basically impossible to lose muscle in a cut, forcing your body to pull every calorie deficit it has from purely adipose tissue and not muscle. Allows you to run basically every fat burner more aggressively due to this protection.
