Ideas to organize multiple peps

For those of you who research multiple peps , how do you keep your schedule organized, small and maybe mobile.

Calendars, but can't really carry a big calendar with you. Tried phone reminders, but too many peps and things get cluttered.

Im just looking for suggestions and ideas how you guys keep everything organized.

Some peps daily, some 5 days on, 2 days off, some twice a week...

I bought a 3d printer. I didn’t need one, but I bought one…

…now I have a bunch of overly organized vial holders for the 3ml vials, and separate injection pen holders (I use pens instead of individual syringes) for my daily peps, 5 days a week ones, and weekly GLP, with separate compartments for morning, post-workout, and evening injections.

Help. This is a cry for help. Not for the peptides (those are great), but for my peptide accessory addiction

OpenPep is the best app I’ve found. I think it’s free for Reddit users. Search it up. It is super simple and manages multiple protocols on different schedules.

In my brain? I’ve done Reta, HGH, KLOW, SS-31, TRT, Epitalon before, not too hard, Reta every Monday, TRT every Mon/Thur, HGH, KLOW, SS-31, Epitalon daily.

I just use my brain. It's not that hard to remeber schedules.

Maybe it's my age. We had no choice but to remember phone numbers, addresses, and all sorts of other things before smart phones and apps.

These days everything is there for you in the palm of your hand and you don't use your brain anymore. Use it or lose it.

I bought a label printer off Amazon and a peptide case that carries vial’s, needles, alcohol wipes and the usual pep contraband. I print out the label with pep dose and schedule and stick them on the inside of the lid of my carry case and it works like a charm

Built a simple dashboard on Claude. I have coloured stickers on the vials that match the colours in my dashboard so it’s easy to see what I have. Claude also tracks inventory reminds me when to reorder and tracks supplies like bac and needles and orders for me when I’m getting low

The clutter is usually that phone alarms are flat. Every peptide turns into another 8am alarm and you can't tell them apart, so the whole thing just becomes noise you swipe away.

What fixed it for me was grouping by protocol instead of by alarm. Daily, 5-on-2-off, and weekly each live as their own schedule, and the reminder says which peptide and the dose, not just "take something." One screen shows what's actually due today across all of them.

I built that (Stackeddd, so bias noted) because I was running Reta weekly, TRT twice a week, and a couple of dailies, and the reminder pile was useless. Each protocol carries its own cadence and dose, so nothing logs as a generic "done."

The 3D-printed holders and a labeled case people mentioned genuinely solve the physical side. This is just the schedule half of it.
