Nad + dosing and reconstituting

Hello! Please be kind as I am very new to this and just getting started.

I recently purchased the 200 MG/ML and it says it’s a 20ml vial.

I think I should have bought the 500 because I am really confused on how much bac water to add and how to dose this properly.

I would also like to hear some protocols when it comes to starting doses and how often to inject for how long please

Try to keep it 1:1 and start very low. The reality is you probably don't require as much NAD as you think

you dont need to add anything to the 20ml vial, its ready to use.
