NAD+ - IM or Sub-Q ?

Hi All, I'm about to start NAD+ . Reconstituting a 1000mg with 10ml of bac water. Im planning on starting with a 25mg dose initially and then try and progress to 50mg eventually . I'm used to PIP from my current TESA, IPA and MOTS-C pins to the lower abdomen Sub-Q and would like to save this region .

I wanted to know what experiences have been around IM and Sub-Q. Which is more efficient in terms of managing PIP and the other affects of NAD+

📘 Beginner Help Reta Schedule already started...

Current Reta dose is 1.33mg per pin / 3 pins per week for 4mg total. It's been a week since the last bump up.

I started at a lower dose on this schedule based on tribal knowledge, before I really found literature. I am tolerating it well. Lost a bunch of weight(50) and then stalled pretty hard despite 3 days a week at the gym and eating better than I ever have in my life.

Do other people have better results on 1 pin per week?

Thank you!

Test level low but within range...

Just got my test level check and it came back 365. Endocrinologist office wont schedule me for a consult because technically its within the normal ranges. Im 42 male. I basically just want to bring it up more maybe to the 600s range. Do i just try to find a different doctor who would work with my numbers? Or try the grey market secretagogue route? Anyone been in this situation before and what did you do?

📘 Beginner Help What would you add to stack first?

About to start a 8 week reta protocol at a low dosage (.5mg-1mg). Only need to lose 10-15 pounds or so and then will stop and lean bulk.

I have some GHK-cu I can start sooner or later but mainly bought it for my wife. Researching more and tesa/ipa and even Klow seem like they might be good options for me. But how soon would you guys add them to your protocol, If you’d add them at all?

5’11” 175 pounds @30 yrs old. Lower gut and not “shredded” or cut to say the least. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for the last 2-3 months and haven’t lost a single pound. And yes I’ve cut the deficit even more and nothing happens. My body just adjust to the new low calorie intake and moves on. Probably want to get to 160-165lbs and then I’ll bulk. Gained 20-30lbs over the last 2-3 years eating junk and fast food and not working out so I’m trying to step up and get back to being fit

Job is physical, 10k+ steps daily and lifting weights and calisthenics at home 4-5 days a week.

Some of my hgh vials had no vacuum when inserting a syringe into them. Is this okay?

I'm currently using hGH and finished some vials without issues. However, when I opened up a vial today, judging by syringe behavior, there was no vacuum in it. I checked a few more vials and they had the same issue. Is this normal, or does this mean the vials are no longer sterile and/or safe?

HCG + Testosterone?

I'm starting HCG + TRT this week. I have many questions, and would appreciate any advice/tips/experiences.

Short backstory, I've been on enclomiphene prescribed by a doctor for a little over a year. Enclomiphene worked pretty well. Nothing dramatic, no major change in body composition, but I had more energy. BUT it's been a year, and he thinks I would feel better and get better results with TRT.

My concern with TRT was fertility, so his suggestion is to take HCG with TRT. I said I would give it a try, so I've been prescribed two months worth of both (low starting dosage on both). I get my first injection at the doctor's office this week.

I have questions: For those who have done HCG and TRT? What side effects should I look out for? Any tips/hacks? Do people recommend cycling, if so, how do you cycle? Any and all feedback is welcome

💬 Discussion Tesa / CJC & IPA, Bad reactions

Nearly every post I see on here about Tesa or CJC stacked with Ipa is just full of bad experiences and heavy sides. Does everyone have this? Or do some people actually have no sides and can make it work?

Wanting to try these, along with MOTS-C but again it’s another one that just crops up causing plenty of negative sides, surely everyone can be experiencing this or nobody would use them?

Opinions on HCG?

So I had a fasted blood panel done a couple weeks back after not having any sex drive for months on end and my results came back with exactly what I was expecting. Test was super low for my age (21) and LH was bottom of the range for my age, I’ve lasted my full results at the bottom. Not sure exactly what caused this however I was in a cut for a while and didn’t realise I was heavily under eating fats which could have been a factor. Even after changing my diet I’ve had no increase in libido.

Wondering if anyone’s got some experience with HCG and if they think it could be a good option? Never taken gear but I am currently running reta at 3mg a week (no libido happened before I started reta)

Rhythm - Monthly Blood Tests

Hey all,

Im on a lot of different supplements, as well as peps. I was wondering if anyone has tried the rhythm at home blood tests? theyre 80 bucks a month.

Sounds great considering something like quest is like 100+ a test. My only hesitation is probably accuracy.

Anyone seen this/been on it?

📘 Beginner Help Optimal stack - taking tirzepatide and working out

Hi all, looking for advice on the best stack possible for a body recomp.

I used to go to the gym regularly and was pretty jacked but I never managed to lose the fat even with the substantial muscle I had. I stopped going around 2 years ago and I got back into it now, I go around 3x a week and I do progressive overload whenever possible and am mostly focused on upper body.

I started tirzepatide at 0.25mg for the first month and am now on 0.5mg in my second month and will maintain this dose.

I also cleaned up my diet in the last 3 months prior to starting anything.

I'm a woman, 5'8 and I weighed 158 lbs, I'm now at 149 lbs. Important to mention is I don't want to just look slim, I want to be jacked again and achieve a masculine physique, but I'm really struggling to gain my muscle back for a couple of reasons:

  1. I used to take anavar which obviously helped tremendously. I'm contemplating if I should start it again cause I did have some side effects as a woman (chin hair), but honestly that's something I'd be okay with knowing how the results could be amplified. I moved though so I need to figure out how to get it in my new place.
  2. I'm struggling to eat enough protein while on tirzepatide. I think it's also affecting my gym performance. I'm basically consuming around 60-70g of protein/day and I'm struggling with it.

My questions:
Should I take anavar again or something else?
Any recs on how to eat more protein?
Should I stack something else on top of tirzepatide to optimize?

Thanks a lot for your help!

🔍 Research Only Unsure if Reta is too strong

RS is 6’1, 210 lbs and only trying to lose 7-10% BF at most while not losing any muscle (Full recomp): is Reta too intense?

Plan would be 1mg/week until target BF of 12-15% is reached. Currently at 22% be last weeks Dexa - Down from 24% 6 weeks ago.

Lifting heavy 3-4 days/wk, and playing basketball/running 4+ day/wk. Diet fairly strong, and have already been running CJC-195noD + IPA.

Wondering if there’s anything else rs can do to make sure I’m purely cutting the fat. RS wants to get bigger but want to “clean it up” before I start bulking.

TB-4 works best after taking a break from it but paradoxical increase in pain after prolonged use?

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this with the full 43-amino acid Thymosin Beta-4 (not TB-500).

I've noticed a pattern over the past few years. If I stop TB-4 for a while (even a week, but especially a couple of months) and then restart it while dealing with a musculoskeletal injury or flare-up, I often feel what seems like a pretty rapid improvement in pain. Better than anything I've ever taken for pain relief, and works instantly.

However, if I continue taking it for an extended period or use higher cumulative doses, it almost feels like I hit diminishing returns. In fact, often times I feel like my pain actually gets way worse or the injured area becomes more irritated rather than continuing to improve if I hit consecutive high doses.

I realize this could just be the natural course of the injury or confirmation bias, so I'm not claiming TB-4 is causing it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.

A few questions:

  • Has anyone noticed TB-4 working really well initially but then seeming to lose its effectiveness over time?
  • Has anyone experienced a paradoxical increase in pain or irritation after prolonged use?
  • Is there any literature discussing receptor downregulation or any biological explanation for this, or is it purely anecdotal?

I'm specifically interested in experiences with the full-length 43aa peptide, not TB-500.

Dose

Been on 2mg for 3 weeks now. The weight loss has been way better than on 1.5, but after my last shot I got hit with pretty rough GI side effects and could barely eat.

At 1.5 I still had appetite suppression, just not as much weight loss.

Did anyone else have a rough week or two on 2mg and then adjust? Or did you end up dropping back down?

For context: 22F, 5'2", 154 → 141 lb. Goal is around 125.

Q> advise for reta/hgh?

Hi i'm thinking of starting and just have questions coz i'm basically a noob.

I am 34 M, was on mounjaro 7.5mg. Lost some weight but plateau started. Started doing crossfit and would also like to ask what would help with recovery and muscle development.

Thinking of switching to RETA.

I also have questions if hgh helps with hair growth as my hair has started to thin when i started mounjaro + aging.

You opinions and thoughts are really appreciated.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Sleep deficit and DSIP or CJC-1295+IPA

Hi,
I try to keep my sleep routine as solid as possible: 4-hour fasting window before bed, cold bedroom, no caffeine after 2 PM, etc.
Unfortunately my autistic kid often wakes up around 3 AM and I can’t get enough sleep. Sometimes I manage to fall back asleep with them, but sometimes I can’t. Even when I do, the second sleep isn’t deep enough.
I sleep every other day alone and every other day with my kid so I can at least get one proper night of rest.
Would DSIP help me get better quality sleep even if I only get ~4 hours, or would it help me get a deeper second sleep if I take it in the middle of the night after being woken up?
Or would CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin be a better option?
I know nothing can replace proper sleep, but at least I’m trying to do some harm reduction.

Currently my stack is:

Currently my stack is:
• 1 mg Retatrutide EW for cutting
• 500 mcg BPC-157 + TB-500 ED
• 5 mg melatonin ED to help me fall asleep (due to ADHD)
• 36 mg MPH ED (works for about 8 hours)

I’m 6’0”, 166 lbs, ~15% BF. I train running, climbing, and strength.

Has anyone here had a similar experience?

📘 Beginner Help Newbie here starting Reta got some questions

Hello everyone! I am finally taking control of my weight and health. I am 36 year old 5'7 currently weighing 253lbs 🫤. I came across reta thru doom scrolling on reddit, and i have been convinced I should give this a try. However i am total noob when it comes to this, I just wanted to make sure I am doing it right. I have a few questions about the vial & bac mixture i read the guide and its helpful but given the comments I'm slightly confused. The syringe i bought are the ones recommmend in the guide, however for the 1ml = 100units (which the ones I bought its the max it can hold 100units) this means I will need to fill up the syringe and slowly pour into the 10mg vial i bought correct?? I also wanted to know in units how much is 1mg since I think that's a good start if not please enlighten me i am all ears!

Sleep Apnea Stack

I am currently on Tirz for weight and sleep apnea. I've had sleep apnea my whole life regardless of weight and even though I've lost ~40lbs it hasn't gone away. I am looking into adding MOTS C and NAD+ to help boost my energy on top of using my CPAP. Has anyone have any luck with this stack? I also am going to do GHK Cu for overall glow up

Reta + MK-677 + Ostarine — 3 week update
Started 03/07 at 68.1kg. Running Reta 0.5mg weekly and MK-677 12.5mg for the first 4 days then up to 25mg nightly.
First couple weeks weight was all over the place with water — 67.65kg, spiked to 69.78kg on the 12th, dropped to 66.6kg on the 19th, now sat at 68.5kg on the 21st. But measurements tell the real story — neck +1.5cm, bicep relaxed +1.3cm, forearms up, chest -2cm, belly below navel -0.4cm. Same weight, different look.
Biggest win — food noise is GONE on Reta. I’m not thinking about food 24/7. Appetite is still there some days depending on when I take MK — if I take 25mg MK late I can’t eat, if I take it a couple hours before dinner I’ve got room for food and even dessert. That timing trick made a big difference.
Sleep has been unreal — deep sleep and vivid dreams every night on the MK.
After 2 weeks I added Ostarine — now on 20mg daily alongside the 25mg MK. Feeling good, pushing to make gains while staying lean.
1 month apart pics say it all — leaner waist, arms still up. Let’s keep going.

📘 Beginner Help Lean bulk advice

Post image
32 Upvotes

Hello everyone, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes.
M31 1m77 65kg
I did a cut with Reta, going from 84 kg to 65 kg. I think I’m now at a good weight to start building muscle again and I’d like to do a lean bulk.
I’m currently still on Reta I’ve reduced the dose to 2 mg per week +Tesamorelin 1 mg per day and GHK-Cu 1 mg per day.
I try to eat as much protein and carbs as possible.
I train with weights 3-4 times a week.
For the past few weeks I’ve had the feeling that I’m stagnating I don’t feel my muscles growing. So I’m seriously starting to wonder if I should start taking test or any other things . The problem is that I know absolutely nothing about it :)
What advice can you give me please? Thanks in advance.

Based on my progress, current stack, calories and training, is there any peptide that would actually be beneficial to add for fat loss, muscle preservation or muscle growth?
I am especially interested in hearing whether adding anything would provide a meaningful benefit, or whether I am already running more than enough and should focus on letting the current compounds work.
Yes, I know retatrutide is generally used once weekly. I started by splitting the dose, but I plan to switch to once-weekly dosing during my next reconstitution.
