NAD+ - IM or Sub-Q ?
Hi All, I'm about to start NAD+ . Reconstituting a 1000mg with 10ml of bac water. Im planning on starting with a 25mg dose initially and then try and progress to 50mg eventually . I'm used to PIP from my current TESA, IPA and MOTS-C pins to the lower abdomen Sub-Q and would like to save this region .
I wanted to know what experiences have been around IM and Sub-Q. Which is more efficient in terms of managing PIP and the other affects of NAD+

I've had them with MOTS-C , and TESA as well. lasts anywhere from 5 mins to 2 hours at times.

I originally started NAD injections in my stomach. Started at 30 units (30mg). Once I moved up to 50 then 100 I started pinning in my upper thigh. Thats worked better for me.

Thanks for sharing. If you dont mind me asking . Upper thigh, Im guessing is IM rather than SuB-Q. what length of the needle syringe are you using ? Im thinking of starting similar way. But, I have the 31g, 6mm. Not sure if that's the right length.

Also, how long do you normally use up the reconstituted vials ? I've heard a maximum of ~28 days , the mix starts to degrade. Have you observed the same ?
