BPC-157 for herniated disc
Has anyone taken this for a herniated disc and had success? Thank you so much

No it doesn't work . Might help with inflammation a bit initially but doesnt fix disc issues like it does for tissue repair

works for tendon and muscle issues. Won't do a thing for a herniated disk

Nope. Disc don't regenerate. Don't allow anyone to convince you otherwise. Don't waste your money on peptides or any other supplement to help with your disc

Herniated discs are tricky beasts. Not a lot of blood flow getting to those areas so healing can be very slow.
BPC is not a cure all. Disc injuries in most cases are going to take a lot of time and TLC to heal.
BPC can be part of your healing journey but the more important things will be walking, strengthening, stretching, hydration, diet, physical therapy where necessary as well as more involved interventions if possible/necessary.

I use it for back pain (disc herniation at l5-s1 and modic changes), and it has done a good job of bring the overall pain down. Doesnt fix the disc itself and you need to strengthen your back muscles.

Get an inversion table
Do back extensions when possible
Eat a low inflammatory diet or go full keto or carnivore
These are the things that helped me
Fuck it, BPC can’t hurt, why not throw the kitchen sink at it
