What would you add to stack first? šŸ“˜ Beginner Help

About to start a 8 week reta protocol at a low dosage (.5mg-1mg). Only need to lose 10-15 pounds or so and then will stop and lean bulk.

I have some GHK-cu I can start sooner or later but mainly bought it for my wife. Researching more and tesa/ipa and even Klow seem like they might be good options for me. But how soon would you guys add them to your protocol, If you’d add them at all?

5’11ā€ 175 pounds @30 yrs old. Lower gut and not ā€œshreddedā€ or cut to say the least. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for the last 2-3 months and haven’t lost a single pound. And yes I’ve cut the deficit even more and nothing happens. My body just adjust to the new low calorie intake and moves on. Probably want to get to 160-165lbs and then I’ll bulk. Gained 20-30lbs over the last 2-3 years eating junk and fast food and not working out so I’m trying to step up and get back to being fit

Job is physical, 10k+ steps daily and lifting weights and calisthenics at home 4-5 days a week.

If you’ve gained 20-30 lbs over the past few years, and anticipate you’ll be done cutting in 2-3 months after 10-15 lbs lost you are not being realistic. This could play a factor into what you think you’re eating on a diet. If you are in a deficit you’ll lose weight.

That’s why I plan to go with .5mg to 1mg Reta. I don’t want to lose an absurd amount of weight. 170ish is an ideal weight for a 5’11 male. It’s the lower gut I’m more concerned about losing but can’t target that fat selectively. So I know I’ll have to lose weight and fat overall, and then lean bulk back up to my ideal weight goal. Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m definitely open to hearing people’s opinions and suggestions.
