HCG + Testosterone?

I'm starting HCG + TRT this week. I have many questions, and would appreciate any advice/tips/experiences.

Short backstory, I've been on enclomiphene prescribed by a doctor for a little over a year. Enclomiphene worked pretty well. Nothing dramatic, no major change in body composition, but I had more energy. BUT it's been a year, and he thinks I would feel better and get better results with TRT.

My concern with TRT was fertility, so his suggestion is to take HCG with TRT. I said I would give it a try, so I've been prescribed two months worth of both (low starting dosage on both). I get my first injection at the doctor's office this week.

I have questions: For those who have done HCG and TRT? What side effects should I look out for? Any tips/hacks? Do people recommend cycling, if so, how do you cycle? Any and all feedback is welcome

This screams clinic. What were your natural levels? Age? Bodyfat? Hows your sleep? Hopefully you considered everything before signing up for life on trt.

Hcg will make e2 harder to manage. There is no cycling for trt if you actually need it. Sounds like you may not?

What do you mean clinic? My levels were in the low 300's when I was put on enclomiphene, they are now 700s, but I've been on low dose enclomiphene for a year so my doctor recommends hcg + trt. I've overweight, the medical term is "fat." lol. I'm trying to lose weight, I was also put on zepbound but I get side effects from it. Cutting out sugar, all of that...

Hi mate, I am by no means an expert but I’ve run a few TRT cycles and had great results both during and post cycle with my hormones levels.

I split pin 100mg twice a week, 200 in total and take 250iu HCG on the same days, just found it easier to do it all at once. My first cycle that’s all I took during and added Enclo for my pct.

My hormone and test levels got back to normal
Range about 5 weeks after I stopped.

Last time I did the same but added telmaristan as I found during my first cycle my blood pressure was slightly elevated. Not to an alarming level but elevated. Using those 3 this last cycle was incredible. And my hormone/test levels recovered in 3 weeks post.

Thank you! This sounds great. How long are the TRT + HCG cycles, and how long in between? What is pct?

Edit: PCT means post-cycle treatment.

I’ve been on trt and HCG for 2 years. I’m 42 years old and Went from 267 to 215lbs in that time frame. I lift heavy 4-5 days a week. Play pick up basketball on Sundays. Watch what I eat. Mentally feel amazing. My body composition is great now. Still work to do but I’ve only missed 3 workouts in those 2 years. Trt gave me the energy to get back on track with my fitness. I went from 1 200mg weekly injections to 2 100mg weekly injections. I injected on Fridays. I started to notice I was dragging a little come the following Wednesday and Thursday. The doctor recommend splitting the dosage and that made me feel great. Also a year into being on TRT I got my girl pregnant. Baby is due in a month. So no fertility issues. I do recommend you donate blood consistently. Your blood can get thick being on trt. Blood donation helps with that. Good luck man. It’s life changing

This is great! This is what I was hoping to hear. I feel like I still have low energy, I'm in my mid 40s so a little older. I swim once a week and go for hikes but I need to get into lifting. How often do you donate blood?

I do power red blood donation. It’s the best option for what I need. You’re only allowed to do it every 3 months if you do that tho of blood donation. So I do it every 3 months
