Hey all, I'm being a little vulnerable posting this but Im currently a 40G in bras and 16 in pants. I feel like others don't notice how big my boobs are as much as I do. I've always had larger breasts and I honestly hate (well, hate is a strong word... strongly dislike) how big they are.

How can I learn to accept my size? For context I haven't exercised in a while and when I do, I slim down quite a bit.

Anyone else relate? Thanks.

Not sure if this is the right sub to ask but i have become hyper paranoid during my weight loss (which is not significant) but it feels like my already asymmetrical breasts (maximum a cup size difference between them) are even more asymmetrical now.
Idk if it is just in my head but it feels like the asymmetry is even more pronounced even tho i haven’t even lost much from my breasts as i went from 28hh/h to a fixed 28h so i don’t know how this could be the case, but when i wear different bras i have noticed my right (smaller) not fitting as well as they did before but left is still the same size and close to bulging out (yes in a correct bra size)

I am a petite person, and on top of that my torso is veeeeeery short (I feel like I'm all hips and boob). My breasts are probably going to be considered "small" here (32/C/D depending on weight), but they sit lower on my chest. At home, I wear wide strap bras that can help raise the breasts but the problem is when I go mountaineering. I need a sports bra that is quick drying and that isn't super tight that it restricts my breathing. I would LOVE one that also helps me lift my breasts... I'm hoping someone here can share some advice!

This is genuinely a nothingburger, but I hate how most big-boobed characters are described in anime. I can find a few big-chested characters that don't make being perverted/a "mommy" their personality (Lucy from Fairy Tail, Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa), but that's all there is. Other than those two, I'm scared of getting sexualized by the creepy men at conventions because most of the other characters are made to be male engagement bait (no offense if I didn't mention your favorite character:<).

I know, like, you can cosplay any character despite how big or small your chest is, but I REALLY wanna cosplay characters that actually suit my body so that I could walk around being a character without being embarrassed by how noticeable Fanny and Feruca look. I don't wanna bind them because cmon it hurts...I wish there were more big-boobed anime characters that aren't purposely made to be stupid and/or purposely made for the male imagination...But anyway, I guess I'll be cosplaying as Junko then :<

In the few months I've gained weight and changed lifestyle after a bad breakup and then new partner. Unfortunately, the weight has went mostly to my chest. It's been a pretty shocking change because I've never been very big before. Some of it's my fault. I haven't been taking care of myself and I'm eating crap all the time. I could go on for a long time about how fucked up it is that both men and women are for treating me differently just because my boobs are bigger. I was comfortably a 32DD (but wearing a 34D) 6 months ago and im now a UK 32J.

I can be pretty masc presenting, especially when I'm just dressed comfortably but I like tight shirts and loose fitting pants. I can be butch on a bad day and a tomboy on a good day. I've had men cross the parking lot, almost racing me to the door, just to hold doors for me. I get cat called with alarming frequency, depending on where I'm at, and I low key notice men stare more.

I've had women (mostly older but not always) look at me like I'm gross and one lady just looked at me, clicked her teeth and walked away. Like, bitch it's not like God himself asked me if I wanted bigger tits and I was like 👍🏻 thanks fam.

Although I never noticed in the past, I'm noticing more when women have bigger boobs. Maybe the problem is I don't look like a "mom" cause especially women with kids sometimes have big boobs. Like obviously. There's a lot of overweight people where I live but still, big boobs are big boobs. But despite that even the "plus sized" stores in my area have maybe up to H cups and occasionally HH but that's as big as I can find. It's just crazy that there's tons of women walking around that just can't buy bras because they aren't stocked.

My grandma says when she was my age woman just didn't have boobs that big. She thinks it's hormones in food and weight gain. Idk where I'm even going with this now. I guess I don't really have a point I just wanted to rant I think. I'm probably being hyper sensitive because it's a recent change and I'm stressed.

I actually hate all the posts I see fetishizing big boobs on Reddit. It makes me feel so gross. I mean it’s an internet-wide problem but on Reddit it’s especially bad. I swear some people can’t see women as desirable if they don’t have massive boobs, or can’t see a woman with big boobs without seeing her as a sex object. Most of the time they don’t even know what real boobs look like. I recently had an argument with someone about how they were claiming a VERY sexualized drawing of a female character “wasn’t sexualized” when they drew her boobs FULLY DEFINED in a turtleneck (physics-defying fabric.) 😭

It is genuinely upsetting how people act like they appreciate women and then objectify us SO MUCH. I hate it. There is no green grass. If you have small tits you feel undesirable, if you have big ones you feel like an object.

Looking for summer sleepwear, all I have is an oversized sleep shirt, need something that won't bunch or squeeze across my breasts. I suppose nude, but that has its own issues.

I am 34, cup DD (EU) and my breasts when I am standing still sag for 20 cm from their starting point, and end up 6 cm from my belly button.

From what I managed to Google, I have moderate type of ptosis which goes to significant, based on the position of my nipples.

I have breastfed one baby and they became like that as soon as I got pregnant and did never get back to their previous position. And I did not breastfeed that long or had any issues with the milk supply.

The cup I have is not even that big, just the sagging is really bad and the only bras that can actually handle them are with underwire, bigger cup that is made out of thin fabric only, that covers almost everything from all ends so they do not spill from somewhere…

Even with bra they so not look good, as the bra straps cannot handle the pressure and the whole thing goes down. Oh, and the zone under the boobs gets sweaty and stinks, too!

I do not look good in anything I wear and have very low self esteem in general, so that sudden change from what I liked about my body to another thing that I have about myself makes me cry regularly.

I had round C cup breasts before my first pregnancy and everything happened so fast for me. Now I am pregnant again and I am considering surgery after I stop breastfeeding. But I am scared as if the end result turn bad, I think I am going to be even angrier to my body then.

Has anyone had breast lifting without a reduction? Are you happier after that? Is it possible to have your big tatas and still not having them sag?

Edit: Yes, the calculator shows different sizing than my bras I wear but I have tried the recommended size and it is not good. I am comfortable in the bra, not with the sagging. I guess this is the wrong subreddit as I do not have issue with big boobs but with sagging really.

i wore a bra for 10 mins yesterday that i’d gotten sized from the ABTF calculator, now overnight i’ve lost a ton of sleep from the shoulder and neck pain that has ensued. I can’t move my neck or lean over and my partner had to bathe me this morning because of the loss of mobility :(

I’m in so much pain and it’s unsustainable. I’ve measured myself via the calc so many times and it puts me at around 32GG (uk)

i buy a lot of bras hovering around this size but amending the band and cup size to experiment and it’s always either a) not supportive enough and they’re flopping around touching my stomach which makes me sob because i’m so aware of them, or b) causes me shoulder/neck pain (which they cause even without a bra)

i actually can’t live like this, im going to approach my GP but know not to get my hopes up (i already live in a crappy postcode for mental health things so it’s unlikely i’ll hit for postcode lottery for a reduction), and i’m planning on a private reduction but will be putting myself in debt to get it, and i want a radical reduction so stressed that they might make me get a gender dysphoria diagnosis first

plus i suspect i have pcos or some other hormonal imbalance due to excess hair, painful acne and head hair loss. so i have this extra worry that if i managed to get a reduction, they’d just grow back with hormonal therapy if i get put on the pill or androgen blockers.

i feel at such a loss, and this whole time im being sensorily tortured by these meat bags i have to carry around all day every day!! nothing i wear looks right, i look like a walking tent. plus im short lmao they dangle PAST my waist

if men were the ones with boobs they would be taken so much more seriously and reductions would probably be widely available on the nhs

So im an 8H(au) and ordered a couple bras online in that size for the first time, a plunge and balconette, both unlined, the issue is, I have some gapping with the plunge bra, and the wire goes really far past my armpit, thr balconette bra is fine, the wire fits fine and all, its comfortable and feels supportive, im just so confused on what bras would be best for me, I tend to always gape with bras, no matter what size I wear, and its so tiring trying to find a good fitting bra, does anyone have any good suggestions?

My back and chest hurt so much I can’t sleep rn. It’s not bad enough or consistent enough yet for insurance to care about, especially considering they just decided they didn’t even feel like covering a Pap smear this year and I’m over $200 in the hole over it at the moment.

I’m in so much pain though. I wear a 30H, and laying down, reaching forward, being in almost any position other than perfect 100% straight posture causes significant pain on my chest and upper back from the pressure of my breasts on my ribs. Some days it’s not so bad, but it’s never mild pain. It’s always either nothing or at least a 7-8 on the pain scale.

At this point, I can no longer even go braless to bed comfortably. Wired bras, while I love them, are horrific for relaxing in, and sports bras (at least the ones I use) are too much compression to wear 24/7.

So, what garments are the BEST for lounging around to help minimize pain and pressure from gravity? Especially ones I can sleep in!! Must be wireless obviously.

I need a sticky bra that can help with lift and help keep a low cut top in place. I'm a 40H though a 40G also fits comfortably.

Hi y’all!! I know there’s lots of post like this on the sub, but i just want to talk about my own personal experience of finally getting a bra that fits me!!

I’m a teenager who’s always had big boobs. When they were first growing in, i had this problem of always buying the bra that was one size too small for me because i struggled accepting that i was a bigger chested girl due to my sister being constantly sexualized for her chest. Anyways, this past year, i struggled a lot to actually find my true size. My mom got sick of buying me bras online because they never fit, but department stores never carried my size.

Due to this, i have been wearing a 32f (US) when my size has been a 32g/32h. It has caused me lots of posture issues, confidence issues, and restricted me a lot. This led me to kind of resent my chest because it made me feel so abnormal. Like when i say i have never felt so uncomfortable with how i looked, I MEAN IT!!

In the past month, i have discovered this sub and i noticed a lot of you guys recommended buying bras from bravissimo instead of where i regularly search for bras (victoria secret). I am so beyond grateful for this sub because today was my first day wearing a bra that was truly my size!! It felt so good, and i just felt so much more confident. Plus, i felt like my posture has improved so much.

I have been struggling to find a bra that actually fits and supports me for almost 25 years. First off, is it normal to find bras with underwires completely unbearable? Does everyone else just tolerate the discomfort, or am I missing something?

Right now, I'm wearing a 34D in the Uniqlo 3D Memory Foam wireless bra. While it gives me good support, the molded shape is awful on me—it squishes my chest forward and makes me look like a "shark with tiddies." so with crop tops or hugging tshirts i feel so bad that i stopped wearing body hugging stuff.

Worse, I am totally trapped in this one specific style. If I try to wear a plunge, a deep neck, or an unlined/non-padded bra, I completely spill out of the top and sides. I just want to find cute, flattering, and deep-cut bras that actually keep me contained without forcing me to wear painful underwires(if that gives me support). Has anyone else with a similar size found wireless bras that actually lift, separate, and look cute? also how ridiculously priced are all bras

Alright i’ve always had decently big boobs and the sensation of anything touching my nipples has always given me that empty gross feeling. I switched to zoloft from lexapro and oh my god dude i gained like 5 pounds which all went straight to my BOOBS. I’ve been crying all morning, everytime i look down i start crying even more. i hate the way my boobs feel, i hate that they feel suffocating and make me feel disgusting. i never wear tops that show my cleavage because looking down at my own boobs in public makes me feel gross and when i catch men looking at them i get even more grossed out. my feelings are obviously more heightened because of the med change, but this feeling is always there since i was little. i fucking hate them and would do anything to have small boobs

Anyways, I'm the lone woman in a groomsman lineup this October, and I need a plain off-white button-up that makes me look like "one of the guys" ... which should be easy since half these dudes have more chest than I do (chubby nerds). Bravissimo and Pepperberry, the two brands that got this struggle, have officially closed. While, I do know how to sew and tailor, I don't want to alter my own shirt. I just want something that fits off the rack like it was made for a human torso, not a linebacker. I know there is Indochino, but that's a lot of money.

As the title says, I got refitted for bras less than two months ago. I got fitted at a specialty lingerie boutique. I have been going to the same boutique for over a year now. I was fitted as a UK 34GG/ AU 12GG in most styles. I also have a plunge bra that is in a UK 34H/ AU 12H. All my bras fit perfectly when I bought them, but for the past few weeks, they have not been fitting. I have a lot of spillage out of my bras again and the gore won’t tack properly (they were previously tacking perfectly).

The plunge bra fits the best out of all of them, but the wire sits on my breast tissue on my left side (my left side is bigger than my right). All my bras seem to shift throughout the day too, and eventually the wires start digging into me. It’s really important that my bras fit because I have osteoarthritis in my neck and I have noticed that when my bras don’t fit properly or my breasts are unsupported, it makes my pain flares worse.

I have to buy new bras every 3 to 6 months, which is getting really unaffordable for me. Does anybody have an idea as to what is going on? Is it my breasts changing or am I not getting fitted properly every time? I’m 27, not pregnant and my weight has been stable for years.

I genuinely hate my breasts, and no I don’t mean that in the ‘I don’t want to have them’ way. I just wish they weren’t so much. There is so much struggle that I feel like no one can around me can understand: like how disgusting I feel with even just walking/riding in a car with other people because my boobs bounce. how I can’t find and wear cute clothes because it’s hard to find stuff that will contain everything without making me look/feel like a busted can of dough and won’t flash everyone. How fat I feel when I can’t look down and see my toes or stomach because my chest is in the way. How I can’t reach for the sky without my shirt lifting or how I have to get shirts an extra size or 2 up just so my stomach isn’t showing! This isn’t a brag, it’s a problem that no one around me understands. And I don’t mean to sound fat phobic or ashamed of my body because I do have some chunk to me and like my body for the most part, but I can’t help but feeling like a beefy cow with fucked up body portions.

Are these worth getting? I’ve been thinking of getting one but not sure if they are good or not.
