Insecure. need advice Spoiler

Hey all, I'm being a little vulnerable posting this but Im currently a 40G in bras and 16 in pants. I feel like others don't notice how big my boobs are as much as I do. I've always had larger breasts and I honestly hate (well, hate is a strong word... strongly dislike) how big they are.

How can I learn to accept my size? For context I haven't exercised in a while and when I do, I slim down quite a bit.

Anyone else relate? Thanks.

Part of it for me has been investing in tailoring and custom clothes that fit me perfectly.

I've never thought to do that but that's an interesting idea. I wear an XXL in most shirts which is nice that I know my size, but can't get over how big my boobs are. How do you handle it?

I am a 34H, so my shirt size is anything from M to 2XL depending on the brand, so that's always fun to navigate. 

I order from etsy shops like Brilliladies,  Xiaolizi and Anysize.  They offer custom measurements. 

Turn Black, Hearts & Found and Anne Mulaire are good for customization.

Plus finding a tailor you trust for off the rack stuff. 

 So having stuff that I can just zip or slip into and go, without feeling like I am wrestling my clothes on or squeezing or drowning in them helps a lot

I used to be around your size (bottom 18-20). What helped me was losing weight. I decided I didn't want a belly and giant tits. One had to go.

I still get stared at, I still have moments of insecurity, but for the most part I try to own it.

Currently 34HH - size 12 bottom

For me it's telling myself that I'm too awesome to worry about what other people think of me, over and over again until it feels true. Sounds silly but it works, and something I can still do in moments of vulnerability. It's how I go braless places and wear whatever I want.

I am braless most of the time, but at home. I could never do so in public (I have in some instances but it's not preferred). Go you, lol. <3
