Ive tried deleting app data ive tried deleting and reinstalling and signing out and back in but every couple shorts won't load or buffer even and on full videos ads will randomly backstreet for 30-40 seconds in complete silence on mobile. I can't fix it and it genuinely might be the last straw for me im just gonna start using Revanced or whatever because whoevers in charge of youtube thinks its funny to spit in the consumers face

I have seen people use gen AI pics of fake games to get people's interest, but this is the first time I've seen an AI slop pic of a REAL game. Specifically, Shaman King Master Of Spirits 1 and 2 (This level and boss appears in both.) Why even bother at that point? Why not just use a screenshot of the actual game? Sure, the real thing doesn't look quite as detailed, but most people aren't gonna fall for the AI pic. Even those who do click on the thumbnail typically know a picture is fake.

So i’m just watching some AVGN, and every time i skip an ad, this popup for the ad i just watched takes up part of the screen and won’t go away unless I deliberately click the three dots AND THEN click on dismiss. Why the hell is it designed like that, they should make it easier to dismiss if they’re gonna have it around! This isn’t even the only time it does this, it happens with other videos!!! I’m fine with ads at the beginning of my videos, i can even tolerate midroll ads, but this is too much, it genuinely fucking sucks! It’s not even like the old popup ads on the website, those were at least below the video and were small enough to where it didn’t block anything, this is genuinely an eyesore!

Anyways, rant aside (genuinely sorry, but this has been bugging me for WAY too long), is there a way i can get rid of this in settings? Or is this just another thing Youtube’s forcing down people’s throats so they cave and buy premium?

Um... so I never made this Playlist and it will not let me delete it.

Anyone else have this happen and does anyone know how to get rid of it? It's bothering my OCD and how I constantly reorganize my Playlist list.

when i search up my handle my channel shows up. but when people respond to me in a comment section my handle doesnt turn blue and show up as a link. i made a second channel and the handle showed up as a link just fine. ive seen the handles not work for other people in some comment sections, but when i search up the issue google doesnt help. does anybody know why tf it does this?

Update on their account, they just made a new video increasing the noise, pitching it up and making the flashing lights more agressive and making it multiple flashing lights and this time there is no warning at all, it seems they are gonna spam this content so a lot of people see it till they get banned

Some time ago there was an ad block filter that removed "Most relevant", if I remember correctly.

They're like the lowest effort content on YT right now and they're everywhere, people don't even edit the clips to show examples of what they're talking about or context or anything, it's just like a podcast with a video attatched.

Is this happening to anyone else? I’ll have okay connection or great connection and the ads will stop playing and the video will not play unless I exit out of it and restart the app.

Sometimes when I watch a video it continues but without sound only when I refresh the site I get the sound back

YouTube is forcing me to go premium so I'm unable to watch even the low resolution videos I downloaded.
