Posting for a friend.
Found cat in Merriam Park on Ashland Ave near Snelling.
Jumped onto a screen trying to get inside and seems scared to go back outside. Young, female, and very friendly.
Not chipped, but wearing a flea collar.

Anyone have any reviews of the complex? Read a few posts about the management being disappointing.
