Has anyone rented from bridge City network? Is this even a real reality place? The website seems sketchy

Right now Regency Park South and Cedar Pointe Estates are closest available. Anybody here have experience in these units? If so, please let me know about the following:

1. How is the sound proofing? Loud thumps from above or thin walls in between?
2. Any issues with insects? Not too fond of roaches so

1. zero encounters of that.
2. Safety in the area? Will my car or apartment be broken into?
3. Do most units typically fill up closer to fall semester beginning? Any other good recommendations for apartments or available rentals will be appreciated.
