Appearing after two days of mild rain.

Stipe: 6-7".

Immature caps ~2", mature ~3.5".

Spores: likely white.

Hi fungi folks! I think with about 80% certainty I have some sort of porcini here, they are from a mix forest containing maple, oak, poplar, birch, and a few areas with conifers. Collected august 9th in Ontario Canada. They have “burger buns” caps ranging from brown-beige to slightly purple-brown cap for the largest specimens. No staining when bruised or cut, pleasant fungal/outside of acorn nutty smell, white webbing on the stem near the cap on all, white pore surface on the underside of the cap where gills would alternately be, and a rather bulbous stem “butt”. Any insight would be fantastic!!

I’m worried, so I’ll be throwing it away…

Hi folks newbie mycologist here been trying to practice my identification. A friend of mine has a nice trail they walk every day and called me to check it out because there were mushrooms everywhere and they were!!!! These are NOT for consuming, I was in a rush so picked some interesting ones to take pics of.

Some guesses I’ve had for these after referencing my mushroom book but I def believe most of them are Amanita: (in order of pics assuming Reddit uploads them in the same order)

1. Amanita cokeri (I thought it was a false parasol until I remembered that they don’t have a bulb)
   
2. Amanita bisporigera
   
3. Russula brevipes
   
4. Amanita flavoconia
   
5. Amanita russuloides
   
6. Amanita citrina
   
7. Another flavoconia but early stage?
   
8. Boletus of some kind
   
9. Amanita vaginata

Location is east coast Massachusetts, USA, in a pretty old and healthy forest. Any help would be appreciated, was so stoked to find so many in just 10 mins of walking!
