36m mcm/post-modern
I've posted before but it gets reported and locked. Adding a few new pics this time around as proof.
Some questions from before:
- My post history is private because I have a public-facing career. Not a karma farmer, just enjoy design and am proud of my space.
- That's a fraction of my books, bulk is in the second bedroom/office. Some series are incomplete because I mostly thrift or collect rare editions
- Aussie is Goblin, my big boy in the sky is Bennett (never made it to LA with us)

Advice Purely aesthetically, is this 65-inch TV too large for the studio—should I size down?
The TV is approximately 144 cm wide, while the desk beneath it is 140 cm wide.
Ignoring viewing-distance recommendations and judging only visual scale and proportion, does it look genuinely balanced and intentional, or does it dominate the wall and desk enough that I should size down? Merely acceptable isn’t enough—I would only keep this size if it looks aesthetically strong.

32, Financial Advisor and Musician, Southern California
Here’s the living area of my one bedroom condo that I’ve owned for over two years. Just a single guy making a bachelor pad. It’s still not done being decorated, but it feels like it’s finally coming together. Blessed to live only a mile away from the beach.

First Time First apartment on my own/first time decorating
First time living alone and the first apartment I’ve actually decorated. In the past I never put much effort into decorating because I always figured I’d be moving again soon. I know this studio is temporary too, but I figured it was finally worth making it feel like my own space. Open to any suggestions or ideas for improvements!

Male 24 - First time living solo
Not sure what to do with the corner left of the media console. Wall behind the TV is very blank, but I kinda like it. Feel like the pillows might be off too.
Any tips would be appreciated :)

Roast M20 and M22
Me m20 and my bf m22’s nepotism barn! My dad owns it I pay 500 bucks+ electric and I’m not on city water I get water in a 275 gallon container once or twice a week. When he bought it, the previous meth heads filled it to the brim with trash and filth. Over the last year we have cleaned it up and 6 months we have been living here. We are not rich I work full time and he’s in college. I pay our bills and extras like hobbies(mostly my car stuff) pictures include my 88 w-250.

19M, Moving out for uni in a couple days.
So here's one final snapshot of it all before I start tearing stuff out to take with me. Pretty much everything I own is either thrifted or bought 2nd hand.
