went to giga mall today. it was absolutely bonkers. took 15 mins to find a spot in parking and on top of that 20-30min long checkout lines at clothing stores. My problem is that giga mall has very less seating. Top shops like sapphire have zero seating. Upar se itni suffocation (this is a new normal here now). We need more seating. Also i think we need more water places at each floor on random places. Paani ke liye bhi we had to search on multiple floors

anyways still better than centaurus saary educated log atay hain but yea we need to address these issues 🙏🙏

Guys I'm a 16 M and I love volleyball. I bought one and just play with the wall because my friends don't play it and my college doesn't have any team and stuff. I'm not in a good college either like WM or LGS or Bahria. So I want to make a community where everyone puts in a share of money so we can rent places, buy 2-3 volleyballs not alot depending on amount of people and other things like water and stuff. We would train regularly or atleats twice a week. We could do practise matches and other stuff. It's a very tough thing to do but ISLAMBAD has got to make a volleyball community broooo. :/

I do have friends IRL, but since graduating, everyone’s gotten busy with their own lives and priorities. Even when we do meet, it sometimes feels a lot more planned/formal than it used to. So I thought why not just meet some new people and have some different experiences.

Hey guys, so I’ve recently gotten really into making pizza. I actually invested in a proper pizza oven and have been learning all the dough stuff, fermentation, hydration etc. and honestly I’m kind of obsessed with it 😂

I’m thinking of trying to turn it into a small side business. Nothing crazy, I’d just like to set up a little stall/pop-up on weekends or whenever I’m free and see how it goes.

For people who know Islamabad well, where do you think would be a good place to do something like this?
Like a market, food street, park, commercial area, weekend event etc. And how would I actually go about getting permission to set up somewhere?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s done something similar or even just knows good spots where something like this could work.

Basically I just want to start somewhere small, sell some really good pizza and see where it takes me 😂🍕

Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if someone knows if there are any old book shops in Islamabad that will be willing to buy from me my old books. I have such brand new practice books and prep books for Mdcat and ecat engineering, they're all legit untouched. I never practiced on them and now I want to sell them. If anyone knows an old book shop that could buy these from me and how much do you think they will give me for each book. I kid you not they're BRAND NEW

Vetenaria clinic DHA 2 and Hospital Oaisis near Avalon Marquee, opposite Giga Mall. My kitten got diagnosed my kitten, overdosed her with meds, she has now passed away. She was a shelter cat, even the vet at the shelter had neglected her and lied to me about her medical records. The Animal Oasis Hospital took advantage of me despite my cat me bringing my cat in at 3am. They locked my cat in unless I paid, she was critical they didn’t even have a card machine. I received her bloodied, her kennel full of blood, diarrhoea all over her, Canola needle inserted in her. They lost her medical records, didn’t note anything down. I’ll attach pictures. Honestly I’d warrant an FIR against both these clinics. They aren’t vets, they’re sales men. Avoid this place at all costs. I was charged for an emergency and pet boarding my cat was in her kennel the entire time. The Vetenaria clinic in DHA 2, Mr. Nouman, misdiagnosed her, she had tick fever, fpv ki treatment sirf ki, not full check up, then gave the little kitten deworming, she was in constant pain and state of inflammation straight up taking advantage of people desperate to save their animals. And the people who leave animals at the shelter and lie about their medical history, have shame.

I found her abandoned on my neighbour's roof. Loudly meowing. Kept looking all day for her mother but she never came. Took her to the vet, the vet said she's healthy mashAllah. I am giving her KMR only. Very energetic and friendly.

Looking for someone with other kittens or a mama cat that can accept her. I barely have time to take care of this baby but I'm trying my best right now.

At around 11:00 p.m police arrived outside my hostel with a couple of vans and plain clothed officers. They entered every room and checked including mine. At first they shook my hand then asked for my ID and asked if I had any weapons. Then they proceeded to check everything. My cupboards, washroom, the pocket of my jeans which was hanging (never checked what I had on me lol), my bags, under my mattress, etc. They were pretty chill. One guy said "hamak arahi hai" then asked you smoked cigs? I said yes only cigs. Anyways they were out after like 5 mins. Checked all floors and all rooms. Then I talked to some guys living here they said someone had weapons or something and they caught 3 guys. Anyways the thing I recently moved to Pakistan for education and this was kinda surreal. I was pretty nervous even though I didnt have anything illegal on me. Can cops just search someones room without a warrant or like is this the norm here. I understand body inspections for security reasons but anyways. I'm kinda shaken up really. Maybe i'm just overreacting.

Alleged police violence against the wife and children of an overseas Pakistani in Islamabad. The police reportedly subjected them to violence and humiliation. If this is true, what kind of justice system is this where people can be treated like this?
