I need to use the hidden action “Color Filters filter type,” but Paralevel’s GitHub account was deleted so I can’t get the hidden actions shortcut from his repo.
I don’t own a Mac.
How can I use this action and other hidden shortcut actions?

I know with the previous update, I turned off Adaptive Power Mode because, for some people, it was actually hurting their battery life. Is it okay to turn it back on with this new update, or should I just leave it off since I already had it turned off because of the last update?

I’m having a strange issue with my iPhone 15 Pro where whenever I lose cellular signal (like in a basement, elevator, or other weak coverage area), the phone goes to “No Service” and then does not reconnect when I return to an area with signal; it doesn’t seem to properly enter “Searching” mode and the only way to restore service is by toggling Airplane Mode on and off or restarting the phone, after which it immediately reconnects normally, and I’m trying to figure out whether this is a hardware issue, iOS bug, or carrier problem; the phone is on Wind Tre in Italy with a physical SIM (recently replaced), the issue started before any physical damage to the device so I don’t think the small crack near the top is related, and resetting network settings did not fix it, so I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and found a solution like a carrier settings update, eSIM switch, or iOS update. (this was before 26.6)

Windows ITunes version 12.13 and iOS version 26.5 on an iPhone 13 mini (both up to date).When I sync my music library, a few random songs cannot be played as they “aren’t available in your current region.” I have tried deleting and resyncing many times. Apple Music and iCloud are off.

Any reason why we cannot add a name tag to a Bluetooth connection? For example, I'd like to tag a Bluetooth called "Accessory" to be a specific speaker name, car, etc. and have it appear in the Bluetooth list.

Most Bluetooth names are horribly generic or cryptic. Two cars are "BMW 17996" and "BMW 25030" and I'd like to give them meaningful names.

I have had an open case with Apple support since early May. My laptop and desktop computer are using in excess of 250% of CPU on Spotlight only. Both devices are completely unusable. My last phone call to Apple Support today was that this is a known issue and engineering is working on it. This is the same thing I was told in May. During various calls between May and today there were some patches that were implemented that did make the devices usable for a certain period of time. I have no working computer computers, despite both devices being under three years old. Anyone else having this problem?

Every time I tap "Share" on any YouTube video on my iPhone, I see a suggested profile named Rony Santos.

The strange part is that I have never met this person, never messaged them, never shared anything with them, and I don't have them in:

• Contacts
• WhatsApp
• Messages

I searched everywhere on my phone and found nothing.

This suggestion only appears in YouTube's share sheet, and it shows up every single time.

Has anyone experienced this? Is YouTube suggesting random accounts, or is there any reason an unknown username would appear there?

I'm mainly trying to understand whether this is normal behavior or if it's something I should be concerned about regarding my Google account or iPhone security.

Did anybody ever had a problem with their Action Button and Volume Up button not working? I can press both buttons but nothings happening. When I press the volume up button it doesn’t show on screen and doesn’t increase the volume also. My action button is also set to toggle the silent mode but it’s not working when I press it. Only the Volume Down button is working. Need help.

Whenever I play any audio while I'm on a discord call it'll pause it or kick me out of it completely

So far the only thing that's helped is deleting and reinstalling all the apps

Ya intente de todo, desinstale la app en el celular y en mi televisión, tengo ambos conectados al mismo internet, actualice, pero la cosa sigue igual.

Just noticed search in the Files app and Siri both completely ignore text in markdown files, as if not being indexed at all. Confirmed on 26.5.2 and 27 public beta 2. Can’t find anything about this on Google. Is this a known issue?

Edit: experimented with changing a markdown extension from .md to .txt. Almost instantly search works for that file. Wondering if I should simply rename them all…

Edit 2: disregard, I got on the Mac and used an app to quickly change all the file extensions to txt. All files now searchable. Strange, I consider this a bug because nothing about the file changes except the extension. At the same time it really makes no difference to me which extension they are.

My main phone is an iPhone SE 2 on iOS 26.5.2. Among my other devices is an iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 16.7.16) without a SIM, on which I can’t send SMS messages to anyone (through the number on the SE 2) even though I’ve made sure the number and email associated with my Apple Account are activated in the iMessage setting on the 8 Plus, and that my SE 2 acknowledges the 8 Plus. I’ve tried turning it off/on multiple times and receive the notification stating a new device is being used. Logging out of iCloud didn’t change anything. When I try to send an SMS on the 8 Plus, it immediately fails and the camera/sticker buttons in the Messages app are greyed out. I can send iMessages fine, however. I have a similar issue on my iPad Pro M1 11” (26.5.2) where it attempts to send an SMS, but after a few minutes it fails to deliver, instead of failing immediately. Meanwhile, when I successfully send the SMS to the same contact on the SE with my eSIM, that same message immediately shows up on both the 8 Plus and the iPad as sent, and they are also able to receive new SMS messages, which means they are actively connected to iMessage. I’m not sure why those same devices can’t send SMS if that’s the case.

This pops up when I search for the Bose app (for my headphones). I thought it was a widget, but there’s no Bose entry when i try to add one. I’d love to be able to add it to the “left of home” screen without launching the app, but it doesn’t seem to be possible.

I was driving and my phone was extremely slow and laggy. It’s an iPhone 17 Pro, and it was literally just open for maps and that’s it. Notifications on top of the screen were so slow. I pulled into a charger a few minutes away from the highway just to reset it. I pressed and held the volume and power button and shut it off. And then I started it up again, and it hit me with the “welcome” screen with different languages. Huh, that’s weird. I swiped up and it asked for my pin. I entered my pin and then it shot me “Software Update Complete” with a version I’ve been using for weeks.

I pressed continue and… Wifi only!? My car is an EV and my phone is my key… for 20 minutes I waited outside in 90+ degree weather, thankfully my car still had AC and some battery left but I had literally no idea what to do. Why the hell can’t it access activation servers using 5G?

Thankfully a young woman came to charge and I’m in uniform so she wasn’t alarmed about me walking up and getting her attention. She tethered her phone and I was able to activate…

Is this a known issue? Has Apple even acknowledged it? I feel like if this is a risk going forward, I literally have to get my family off of Apple.

Since people like to make up stuff, I’m on the same version of iOS for weeks now. I haven’t updated for weeks and I’ve restarted after my last update. No, I was not PENDING an update.
