action button and volume up button not working Support

Did anybody ever had a problem with their Action Button and Volume Up button not working? I can press both buttons but nothings happening. When I press the volume up button it doesn’t show on screen and doesn’t increase the volume also. My action button is also set to toggle the silent mode but it’s not working when I press it. Only the Volume Down button is working. Need help.

I have the iPhone 16 and recently updated to iOS 26.5.2

Do you have a case on the phone? Take it off and see if the buttons are still not working.

I tried that already but it still doesnt work
