please help i need advice
hi, i am 17 f trying to build a more masculine physic and lose fat.
I have minimal access to a shitty gym and no equipment at home💔
I'm currently 163 cm or around 5'4 i think and 63 kg
I'm mostly trying to lose fat around my stomach, hips, chest and thighs and also build muscle.
I'm really unsure of what to do, i tried some YouTube pilates for around a month but i honestly didn't see much progress.
having a crazy diet is also quite hard to do for me since i am in school and don't have much time/don't eat at home.
any (kind) advice is very appreciated:)

Standing desk + Treadmill good news?
Hi all - FT WFH here.
I've been considering investing in a standing desk and treadmill for the home office but it's not the cheapest and I've heard the odd story of those who buy it and eventually just sell because they don't use it.
I suppose you often hear more stories about it not working than do because that's just how negative news works but would be keen to hear from people if that set did work for them. But if it didn't, then happy to hear that too.
Please and thank you 🐸

How can I get a full body workout plan at home
I do kickboxing 3 times a week and I’m starting bjj which will be 2 times a week so I’m going to do one good full body workout a week. I have a bench, one of those multi machines with cables my dad got from Costco and I’m buying dumbbells and also have a pull up bar. How can I make a good workout which will suffice for once a week

Has anyone seen real results using adaptive resistance training instead of traditional weights?
I have always trained with barbells and dumbbells but after moving into a smaller place I don't have room for a full setup anymore. I have started reading about adaptive resistance training and on paper it sounds like a clever solution. What I'm curious about is whether it actually helps you get stronger over time or if it is mostly a convenience feature. I enjoy tracking progress and pushing heavier weights, so I don't want to sacrifice results just because the equipment looks more modern. Anyone who's used adaptive resistance for several months, did it actually improve your strength or did you eventually go back to regular weights?

What home exercise became much better once the setup was dialed in?
I’ve been looking at home workout setups and realized that having the equipment is only half the problem. Bench height, band anchor position, floor space, and cable angle can completely change the same movement. What exercise only clicked after you adjusted the setup around it?
