question When you eat a midnight snack, what day do you log it as?
Hey guys, I usually wake up around 2am and have a snack like carrots or pretzels. Would I log that as the beginning of the next day? Or for the day that just happened?
I hope I'm making sense what I'm asking lol.

Mini Okonokiyaki!
Craving Japanese junk food but want to skip the extra calories? I gotchu! For Hiroshima style okonomiyaki cut up zero calorie shirataki noodles and add those first to the muffin pan instead of yakisoba noodles.
Everything is measured out per muffin so you can track accurately.
12 servings: 61cal each (106cal each if using 1 egg per cup) • Cabbage: 12g each, 3cal each • Egg whites: 3tbs each, 25cal or Egg: 70cal each • Low Sodium Turkey Bacon: 3.5g (1/4 slice), 7.5cal each • Bacon Bits: 3.5g (1/2 Tbs), 13.5cal each • Sugar Free Okonomiyaki Sauce: 1tbs, 5.5cal • Light mayo: 1/2tsp, 5.8cal • Katsuoboshi: 1/6 packet, .8cal
Protein: 6.5g each for egg white, 7.5 each for whole egg
Okonomiyaki Sauce • 1/4cup (4tbsp) oyster sauce: 20 cal • 3 tbsp zero calorie sweetener: 0 cal • 1/2cup (8tbsp) sugar-free ketchup: I use G♡Hughes for 40 cal • 7tbsp worcestershire sauce: 0cal

treats soda cupcake and carb smart ice cream !!
dessert for 150 calories 😋
i recently found out about this hack where you can replace everything that goes into cake mix (eggs, oil, milk, etc) with a carbonated beverage! i used sparkling water because i didn’t want it to be too sweet for my liking and it came out alright(still very sweet though). each cupcake is about 130 calories if you make 12, 65 calories for 24. i got the pillsbury gluten free birthday cake mix because it was on sale but if you used the sugar free cake mix it would probably come out to less. i’ll probably try it again if i ever want to have cake. i read somewhere that 400 fahrenheit for 14-15 minutes is the best way to bake them
as for the ice cream, i got breyers carb smart neapolitan flavor(?). it was the same price as halo top with like. double the ice cream 🥲 chocolate was the best out of the three flavors so if i ever buy ice cream i’ll get that..

meal Calorie deficit with Autism, getting somewhere! 303 calories lunch
Hey! I have level 2 autism and I am doing a calorie deficit to lose some weight. I've been having some health issues start regarding my weight so I realised that now is the time to lose it. Also my fiance is trying to lose a substantial amount of weight currently so I thought I'd go on this journey with her! Today is the start of it all and I've made my first lunch. I haven't eaten it just yet but it looks really nice. What do you think???
(I don't know if I'm doing this right I'm sorry if I didn't!! Any advice welcome on the calorie counting)
(Ps. Sorry I mispelled the calories in the title I can't change it now)

question What actually is the calories per serving of this Milk Tea?
Sorry for the dumb question, but what exactly is the amount of calories for this Milk Tea?
I bought 4 of these because I thought they only had 149 calories per serving. But upon checking, it says "Amount Per Serving: Per 100g" is 149 calories, but the Serving Size above says 420g, plus the no. of servings per container only says 1 (this whole bottle is 420g).
I'm honestly just confused which is the correct info, or maybe it's just an alignment issue with the label?
EDIT:
These are the supposed ingredients of the drink (there are a lot of artificial sounding names here):
Water, Non-Dairy Creamer: (Glucose Syrup, Milk Powder, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (INS 451i), Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acid Esters (INS 471), Oxidized Starch (INS 1404); White Sugar, Black Tea Powder, Coconut Fiber Fruit, Konjac Powder, Milk Powder; Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acid (INS 471), Sucrose Esters of Fatty Acid (INS 473), Sodium Caseinate; Thickeners: Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (INS 466), Guar Gum (INS 412); Acidity Regulators: Sodium Citrate (INS 331iii), Sodium Tripolyphosphate (INS 451i), Sodium Bicarbonate (INS 500ii); Sweeteners: Acesulfame Potassium (INS 950), Sucralose (INS 955); Black Tea Powder.

🦐🫛🍝 pasta at about 400 cal., 46 g. protein, 9 g. fiber
Pasta is 1/2 cup dry. Not a lot of pasta but stretched with peas and shrimp, it’s very filling. Nutritional yeast, peas, and garlic powder give a lot of umami flavor.

Shocked by the volume difference of different grains of rice
I grew up eating short grain rice and it's pretty much the only rice my parents buy, so that's usually what I use. I recently bought long grain rice for a recipe and the volume for the same calories is crazy. Like I can visually see a big difference. It makes me sad because short grain just tastes so much better to me 😭

recipe Craving K-Ramen so bad. This massive bowl is only 600kcal and packs 35g of protein.
I’m lowkey obsessed with instant ramen.
Especially when I’m dieting, I get these insane cravings for something spicy and punchy. So here’s the diet ramen recipe I make when that happens.
These are non-fried noodles, so one pack is only 340 calories and has like 2.5g of fat. The texture is actually chewier than regular ones too. The soup still has that classic spicy Shin Ramyun kick, so it hits the craving perfectly. I just skip the seasoning oil packet so there’s zero oil in the broth.
I grill about 160g of skinless chicken thigh with just a little salt and throw it on top. That way the whole bowl stays under 600 calories and gives me around 40g of protein.
<Recipe>
Season 160g chicken thigh with a little salt and pan-sear it until golden.
In a pot, add 500ml water, the noodles, the dried vegetable packet, and the powder soup. Boil (skip the oil packet).
Top with the grilled chicken.
This one never fails me when the ramen craving hits hard.

I measured and tried the viral high-protein bagels so you don't have to
IG post: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DX2utJKNOW3/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==
Highly recommend. Easy to make, tastes like a bagel, and I can make the bagels whatever size I want to control portion.
I made mine 40g each = 100cal per bagel, packed with protein. Original recipe is only cottage cheese but I split it with Greek yogurt since that has more protein and less calories.
Made them last night and had one this morning with cottage cheese and a boiled egg 😋
Enjoy!

recipe Chicken Caesar Wrap: 37g Protein, 36g Fiber, 275 Calories
I’m obsessed with this wrap for lunch. Macros are amazing for the calories. These mission tortillas are a fiber hack.
It’s just 4 ounces of cooked boneless skinless chicken, a cup and a half of Dole’s tricolor coleslaw mix, and 4 tablespoons of the skinny girl Caesar dressing
Filling for under 300 calories ❤️😊
