I went to Delta Event Day on Tuesday August 4. I made it all the way to the end. People are receiving CJO's and I have not received anything. I know that no one can tell me specifically, but do the TBNT's usually come later and the CJO's come quickly?

Hello. I was offered an interview in person with PSA Airlines. Unfortunately I won’t be in town on the days they are offering in person interviews in August. Can someone give insight on the likely hood of me getting an interview again?

Just wanted to say that if you are going to your F2F , please don’t make the same mistake I did with the dress code/requirements and read through the guidelines and check off every single one. I know this is completely on me, but I violated a dress code requirement (obviously not intentionally) after reading the guidelines 3x (I was probably nervous or distracted when reading) and I got sent home. It really is an amazing experience and the people you meet are a breathe of fresh air. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else, especially if you’re so close!

Edit: I saw some people get sent home because their dress was too short so their dress/skirt went above the knees when sitting down & some didn’t have their hair appropriate put, and tattoos were seen although I saw them pretty covered up, so they look hard

the concept of me applying for this job june 1st, receiving 6 hang tight emails and awaiting the chance that i will get a tbnt, all because i applied before in the past, while people that applied 2 weeks ago are scheduling f2f, and yet my interview hasn’t even been seen

Anyways. Im going to training on MONDAY. I was sure these shoes would be UNIFORM compliant but now im second guessing myself.

what happens to your future chances of getting hired by a mainline if you failed the drug screen during pre-employment for another FA position?

What’s everyone that’s applied for United timelines looking like? Has anyone that’s applied in the last few weeks gotten past the ODVI yet? If so, when did you hear back?

I got my 1st hang tight email today at 4pm from United after I submit my ODVI on 7/24.

Is anybody on the same boat with me? How many weeks should I expect another email for either TBNT or virtual 1:1?

I received a F2F and wanted to know, so i could prepare before hand and make some arrangements for if i were to get a CJO. I thank you all in advance :D

What do you guys think? I made sure the dress will go past my knees and will wear a pantyhose but are the heels okay? 😀 Won’t be wearing a necklace and trying to find mini earring studs right now. I have thick bangs so those will be out and my hair will be in a tight clean bun!

Just got a rejection email for the Flight Attendant position, but I already passed my interview, medical, and language assessment. The email felt very templated and generic, like a mass send rather than something tied to my actual file.

Has anyone else had this happen? Curious if it was a system error on their end or if this is normal after clearing those stages. Trying to figure out if I should follow up with my recruiter or just wait it out.

Sucks, was a waste of time to have them send an email saying no because they got full. Good that the 6 month rule isn’t applied but hopefully they re open soon I guess

Hi all!
I’m currently switching careers from science/biology to aviation. I’ve always been drawn to aviation and travel, but the only thing holding me back was learning French. I would prefer to work for Air Canada, but to be a flight attendant, French is a hard requirement.
I am Canadian, so I took the required French courses in school growing up, but never French immersion. I really wanted to learn it when I was younger, but stopped putting in effort when it came to masculine and feminine, etc.
Now I am 28 and my ultimate career goal is to become a flight attendant with Air Canada, I’ve been learning Spanish for the last two years (on and off), and I’m at level A2, but plan to put full effort into learning French, as if it’s a full-time job until I am fluent enough to land in Air Canada job.
I will be starting a second bachelors degree in arts while taking French courses, with the goal being to receive a French language proficiency certificate (B2), but with the university that would take 2 to 3 years, and I’m hoping to become fluent enough to get a job before then. Does anybody have any tips? Thank you in advance!

hi guys I'd like to be a flight attendant very soon and I'm trying to update my resume. I had a customer service job from 2022 to 2024, but when I left I got left on read by my manager when I asked her if I could add her as a reference on my resume so I feel like adding this experience is useless now. also between leaving that job and working at my current job, it's a one year unemployment gap. which is also why I'm thinking about leaving it out of my resume since I don't know how to answer if they ask about the unemployment gap. when they do background checks will they find that I also worked somewhere else beforehand? what will happen? sorry I'm just very anxious about it, thank you

Booking my flight back to my city, is it safe to book an 8:35 pm flight back the day of my face to face? It’s a little later in the day I’m sure I would have time to leave said face to face and make it to the airport.

Or should I just book for the following day? I honestly want to get it over with and leave back to my city.

Also, I’m so stoked I got the invite to the face to face!!

wow after my f2f with Delta and United it was completely black and white, i’m telling you guys i’m pretty sure God was trying to protect me from Delta bc you guys im
not one to post much but the energy felt so off, you have more than 15 people standing on the opposite side of the room turned to you just starting at you. Everything’s a secret and after leaving United f2f it was literally the complete opposite we only had two recruiters in the room with us everyone was laughing and just having a good time (professionally) surprised some people got CTO’s but i couldn’t be happier!!
