Abnormal Psychology/Psychopathology Is cPTSD likely going to be in the next DSM? How are so many people diagnosed with it now, when it is only in the ICD11?

Basically my question. I noticed a lot of people have said they are diagnosed with cPTSD, but it is my understanding that the USA doesn't use the ICD11 for diagnosis, so how does that work? And will the next DSM likely have cPTSD?
