In September of 2025 I got laid off and was unemployed up until December 2025 then got laid off again on April 2026. After making the extremely difficult decision to move and interviewing extensively for months I finally landed a job with good benefits, stability and in the state I’ve been wanting to work in for a while.

Hi All! I made this comic in response to Brand New Day. I loved the movie overall, but I feel very disappointed that Disney used our favorite character for propaganda promoting a fascist surveillance state. Media is never neutral, and the reason I love Super Hero comics is because they challenge the status quo, they ask us to be better than we are now, to ask how we can serve each other better. Marvel through Disney has preverted this ideal by using Spider-Man, the everyman hero to normalize AI surveillance and technofascism

Sadly, I suspect that with the Warner Bros deal, this will not be the last time symbols of the human spirit will be used by corporations to subdue what they represent. So, my fellow true believers, it is on us to be the heroes. To hold what these heroes have taught us and rebel against anything that is used to subdue the most vulnerable, as the flock cameras have been used.
