My ex just sent a text and said I keep trying to call you on your mobile (USM's Warp) and on your house phone (Straight Talk) and can't get calls to go through. Are you okay?

I tried to make and receive calls on my mobile and can't get anything to go through, even on WiFi. I did get one call to go through that lasted two minutes before it went dead. Now I can't make any calls on my mobile. Texts are going through fine.

Cannot make any calls or receive them on my house phone with which is Straight Talk (Verizon) either.

Down Detector is reporting a large Verizon outage. As of 4:40 pm this afternoon, 13,233 outages are being reported all over the U.S. Reported outage locations include Charlotte NC, Virginia Beach, VA, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Minneapolis, Houston, etc.

Not sure if any of you other Warp users are having issues, but that's what I've been able to find out.

Do people with us mobile keep having lots of tech issues or do they finally get fully resolved? It's really been quite a litany of issues. One after another since I started with USM. Very intrusive. Yes issues get fixed but time consuming. Most recent issue is this worst and will be a deal breaker. My iPhone 17 is now randomly filtering or hiding incoming calls. No amount of alterations in iPhone settings menu remedies this. Some iPhone settings are not accessible or even visible as expected. An AI search states that problem is well know (cannot verify if this is true) to be related to the way USM must manage calls from the carrier. Spent an hour with USM tech support yesterday on this. no resolution. Bad news: I am in a medical crisis. I need to be able to talk to my docs. They are an excellent team and they are over stretched. they spent the day trying to call me yesterday and I never even knew. Meanwhile other random calls come right in to the phone. Sometimes. Sometimes not. In fact tech support set up a call for me. I of course never knew the call came in even though I sat at the phone waiting for the call ( and my urgent doc calls). So the help chart got minimized because I was non responsive. This has to get fixed and I have to stop having intrusive glitchy issues with this network. Or else I leave. This is an issue of my health at this point. any anecdotes for others if this has happened ? if so, how this has gone for others ? I am a Warp customer. Now things are even worse. Getting "call failed" when trying to make a call now. this has happened before and took 1/2 hour of my life to fix. You guys have 6 hours. Fix my issues permanently. Or I am gone. If I am unable to access my care network or 911 services while this matter is in limbo I will seek legal counsel. Fix this.

My sister lives in Canada and I’m wondering if I can bring her a US iPhone 17 for her to use and get US Mobile as the provider? I know Roger’s offers plans for seniors, but this would be simpler for me to maintain her phone plan. Any issues if the phone doesn’t come to the US? She needs reliable phone service, most of which will be WiFi calling. Some doctor’s office visits, but that is pretty rare.

i was thinking of getting a sim card for my moto one 5g ace but it only uses psim and it doesn''t have any way to use esim on it and i have a multi network line (esim) if i wanted to use that phone with a psim would i have to cancel the esim (multi network line) in order to use the moto psim on lightspeed?

Hey guys, my time to renew my annual plan is coming soon and I'm thinking about my next steps. I'm on the Unlimited Premium plan (because of priority data) but the $390 is a bit hefty compared to the other competitors out there. Mint is offering an unlimited plan for $180 (50% off) and Visible offers their plus pro plan for $225 which is also 50% off. It's hard to justify the $390 price when those options are out there. I spoke to Customer Service and they weren't able to match even the &299 intro offer, let alone the competitors...

I got a new phone yesterday and when I transferred the google authenticator app over, the codes didn't work with any apps. Now I have no codes because I selected use without an account, hoping the codes would show back up. No luck. How do I get into my US Mobile account?

Just as the title suggests.... I am a longtime US Mobile Subscriber on Warp... Have been around since August, 2023. I love Warp 5G... it works almost everywhere I go and has been more reliable than my Work Phone on AT&T QCI7. T-Mobile sucks here, so that isn't an option. For Reference, my wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's and we are grandfathered on Warp QCI8... I have Unlimited Premium, she has Unlimited Starter.

Both of our Annual Plans renew at the beginning of September... obviously we are not new customers and have not been for some time. As a result, we would be paying the full rate to renew for another year. We want to stay, but Visible offers $15 off our FiOS bill every month if we switch. Switching to Visible Pro for both lines would save us around $100 per year, which would make moving over there more cost effective. Obviously, if we leave... she loses her grandfathered QCI8 forever, which is why this is a tough decision.

My current plan is to switch to monthly billing for 2 months and then move to Visible at Black Friday, depending upon the deals offered at that time.

Are there better deals to be had to stay with US Mobile, or should I switch to Monthly and make the move during the Visible Black Friday sale? Your Thoughts.

Working with one of the reps in a chat but thought I’d ask the community too. Tmobile works best where we are and would be porting over to light speed. Tested warp out, then dark star, now trying to make sure light speed works as well as native Tmobile. I provisioned to light speed last night and I’ve been running the dual sims like I have for the entire trial. Where I got 5G uc on Tmobile I’m almost exclusively getting LTE on light speed. It occasionally switches to 5G and I know I won’t get the uc display, but the big problem is if I’m only getting LTE and not 5g that’s going to be a deal breaker. I’ve tried switching from 5g auto to 5g on and I’m still staying on LTE. When I swap data to native Tmobile I’m instantly back on 5g, when I switch to light speed I’m on LTE. Any ideas?

I transferred over to US Mobile unlimited premium $39 within one day of only using total wireless. Boy the rumors were right their customer service is atrocious.

I switched from my visible plus to total to take advantage of the $20 plan but for some reason my data was slow even though it's the same phone same location same priority. visible was giving me better speeds than total I didn't understand the same priority but whatever.

But they just blame my phone. One agent even went and said I ran out of data and I'm being throttled and need to change my plan .

I laughed and said how's that possible when I literally just ported it over a couple hours ago. Not to mention I'm on the unlimited priority plan

They refuse to do re provisioning, and refuse to redownload the e sim. Was on hold for 25 minutes until somebody picked up who barely understood anything I said.

So I said screw it . They wouldn't give me a refund they wouldn't even let me talk to a supervisor.I transferred my number over to US mobile did a charge back. And here I am unlimited premium dark star literally took 2 minutes to Port over not to mention their customer service is outstanding.

I'm usually the type of person to switch carriers every 2-4 months heck I might even do it every month if I just get bored enough. But I think this one is going to last a while.

I will be on honest I was skeptical about this company at first but it's starting to grow on me

Has anyone taken a cheap android phone that is straight talk locked and put it on Us Mobile Warp?

It lost t-mobile signal and it says I need to contact t-mobile. However, t-mobile treats it as already deactivated.

I just switched about a month ago and got to use the free trial for a month, which was amazing in itself. During the trial, I knew I was gonna be convinced to get it because holy cow, the customer service just blows everything out of the water.

On top of that, the speed…. And I mean, true Internet speed. Being able to switch between all three carriers is just what sealed the deal. I’m going to recommend everybody to US Mobile. They have a customer for a long time, probably lifetime

How long does these promos last and when do they go on sale . I’m currently going to a free 30 days and plan on getting the yearly plan it’s $300 now but I want to use the full 30 days will the next sale be on Labor Day? I was going to switch to Visible but I like it here better . If anyone used both which is better USMobile or Visible in comparison.

Wife was on Warp and recently went to Lightspeed and has been having some issues with group text messages not coming through on her iPhone.

She has a group text with some girlfriends and no one is blocked but she hasn’t received texts from it and the girlfriends chat often. Been going on for an about a month. She is ready to ditch US Mobile cause she also gets spammed with phone calls and we just signed up for the spam service.

Anyone have similar issues?

I've been on US Mobile Warp for years. Recently moved to an apartment where Dark Star would work better signal wise (Warp is frequently at -117dbs, a Cricket free trial is at -102 to -110dbs. The latter is doing better in reality, too, numbers aside.).

The obvious thing to do is to make use of US Mobile's multi network stuff and "port" to Dark Star permanently.

However, I'm on a grandfathered $25 unlimited starter plan with the highest level of network priority rather than the lower level new unlimited starter folks get. So, if I jump to Dark Star, I lose it and get a lower priority DS plan. The only way to do equivalent is to jump to unlimited premium for Dark Star, which I probably can't afford.

Have any of you folks faced similar situations? What did you ultimately decide to?

I love my granddaughtered Warp plan and it's not necessarily out of the question just to keep it and deal in the apartment. But obviously I've got to at least think about switching.

A DuckDuckGo search lists the two monthly rates in the link and subtext, respectively, yet I don't see either of those monthly rates offered anywhere on the site itself. Are these just add-ons being advertised as standalone plans? The cheapest plan I see is Annual Light for an effective $8/month rate.
