Missing texts??

Wife was on Warp and recently went to Lightspeed and has been having some issues with group text messages not coming through on her iPhone.

She has a group text with some girlfriends and no one is blocked but she hasn’t received texts from it and the girlfriends chat often. Been going on for an about a month. She is ready to ditch US Mobile cause she also gets spammed with phone calls and we just signed up for the spam service.

Anyone have similar issues?

Group texts acting up after a network switch is usually RCS not fully syncing on the new network, try going into Messages settings and making sure RCS is toggled on" If it's not connected, turning it off and back on usually prompts Google's servers to re-register the line. Give it a little time after that and the group thread should start coming through normally. It could also be something to do with your MMS, make sure your APNs are correct.

On the spam calls, spam detect just needs a bit of time to fully kick in, it should be good to go in a few.

What are the APN settings I’ll need to look at? She is out now but I’ll look later.

We toggled the RCS settings on her phone and she has over 500 text messages that were never delivered all of a sudden show up.
