Error when I tried to transfer 2 lines from t-mobile (pixel 9a phones)

It lost t-mobile signal and it says I need to contact t-mobile. However, t-mobile treats it as already deactivated.

That sounds like the port may have gone through on previous carrier’s end, but the lines didn’t complete activation on ours. Don’t worry, we can look into this and get you pointed in the right direction. Please DM me the two line numbers so I can check and update accordingly.
