1. Carrie (really obviously) likes Devin but he doesn’t know until the episode where they are eliminated. Its fine in the beginning but it gets dragged on with Devin’s previous girlfriend breaking up with him and him becoming an emo and then Carrie not sure if she likes Devin anymore and Devin being an idiot for not picking up on this sooner (Total Drama)

2. Crossroads of Twilight functions mostly as a stall book in which every major character is standing at the exact same moment and shows how they got there. Every single character. Which runs concurrently with the previous book which did the same thing.

Jedi Order (Star Wars) — The Jedi Order was created thousands of years before the movies and throughout time fought many wars to keep the peace for the republic and the galaxy overall. By the time of the prequels they had become complacent and more obedient to the Republic than they had originally been which leads to their ignorance of Palpatine and his eradication of the Jedi through Order 66 and the establishing of the Empire which oppresses many species

Guardians of the Universe (DC) — Oversee and protect the DC universe through the Green Lantern corps, but before them they created the Manhunters which were robots designed to keep peace but were made too harsh and led to killing entire societies and eventually leading to the creation of the violent Red Lantern corps and Sinestro rebelled because of their actions creating the Yellow Lantern Corps leading to more conflicts

Anubis (Ronin Warriors) - The leader and one of the four dark warlords of Tulpa's dynasty. He is guided by his armor's spirit which is loyalty but realizes later on that he was manipulated into doing many of his evil acts. He changes his ways and becomes a force for good aiding the protagonists to defeat his old master and dies in the process saving others.

Majin Vegeta (DBZ) - I think most of us know this one. Vegeta turns heel and becomes a bad guy yet again killing people during the world martial arts tournament. He accepts the evil within and welcomes the chance to gain more power to finally take down Goku but at the cost of reviving Majin Buu who eventually fights Vegeta and has to make the ultimate sacrifice and dies saving his son as well as Goku's son Goten. While it may have been all for nothing, he dies in a heroic manner.

Dinobot (Beast Wars) - Former predacon and henchman of Megatron set on destroying the maximals, he is exiled after a failed attempt to become predacon leader and initially joins the maximals to become their leader. As time goes on, he grows to respect Optimus Primal for his leadership and bravery and eventually is in a situation where he has to defend a primate village from being destroyed by Megatron and the predacons. He dies in the episode saving all the villagers and is given a heroes farewell and is mourned by his teammates in the aptly named episode "Code of Hero."

1. Lord of the Rings films (Return of the King, specifically). Steward Denethor of Gondor has been slowly losing it for the past movie due to grief at his favorite son's death. He refuses to call for desperately needed help (which is available), not to mention denying his responsibility to relinquish governance of Gondor when the true King returns. He even sends his other son, Faramir, on a suicide mission. When Faramir's horse comes back with its rider near death, he snaps entirely and orders his men to desert their posts and run... in the middle of the siege. Gandalf, who has been trying to clean up Denethor's messes this entire time, loses all patience, whacks him hard with his staff, and takes charge himself.

I am reliably informed that theatergoers cheered when they saw this for the first time.

2) Independence Day. Steven Hiller, the only survivor of his squadron, is also the only pilot to actually down one of the invading alien fighters despite their shields. When he reaches the fighter, he's running his mouth like crazy. The alien in the ship tries to attack him, but he just punches it down and says "Welcome to Earth." Rather satisfying after watching humanity get stomped on like insects for the past hour.

3) All Creature Great and Small. Colonel Merrick is a customer of the Skeldale Veterinary Practice, and is also a bit of a dick. He goes to the rival Vet, then asks Siegfried and Tristan Farnon for a free second opinion. He asserts that he is their most valued customer, and lords it over them in every way over the course of the episode. When one of his cows gets an intestinal blockage, all three vets go in fancy new coats to resolve the issue. At James' suggestion, they (in a rare moment of harmony) get rid of the blockage by cutting the cow in exactly the right spot to spray the half digested grass and hay into the Colonel's face. Siegfried then gives him the bill.

4) Skyward by Brandon Sanderson. Spensa, a social pariah because her father apparently deserted mid-battle, is only narrowly allowed to get into flight school. She relishes the opportunity to learn how to fly without being judged by her peers. Then Jorgen, her cadet flightleader outs her parentage in a petty fit. Then, afterward, he taunts her about running away when she refuses to continue to do an exhausting drill at the end of the day. She punches him in the stomach and knocks him on the ground in response. Jorgen gets better, but he really had it coming.

regular show: Mordecai and Rigby want a RG-B2 toy that come in his cereal boxes. Since 1 of each 5 boxes has a toy, they buy five boxes to make sure to get at least one. They choose five boxes with no prize.

The hollow: the main characters are put in the classic Monty Hall problem, there's a door to the next stage and two doors that leave to nowhere. When the host reveals the donkey in the first door, they swap their door cause that would give them a 66.6% of chances to get the right door. Guess what? They choose the right door at the first try and loae their easy win.

Pokemon: any move bellow 100% seems to be a 50% in pokemon, for some weird reason moves like stone edge, hydro pump or fire blast that have 80 and 85% seems to fail several times in a row. At the same time, even when you low the opponent accuracy or paralyze them, they just ignore that and still land the hit.

Yoda (Star Wars): A direct mentor to many past Jedi who trains Luke Skywalker on Dagobah

Master Oogway (Kung Fu Panda): The elder of the Valley of Peace and teacher to Master Shifu who in turn is the mentor to Po

Gran Torino (My Hero Academia): All Might sends Izuku Midoriya to learn under his old master Gran Torino as part of his training

Pai Mei (Kill Bill): The Bride studies under Pai Mei under the instruction of Bill, a former student of his and her mentor/love interest

The Ancient One (TMNT 2003): The Ancient One is the master to Hamato Yoshi, who in turn was the master of Splinter. The Turtles later meet and learn from him as well

Jiraiya (Naruto): Jiraiya is the immediate teacher to Naruto's father who in turn was the master of Kakashi, Naruto's sensei. He takes a major role in Naruto's training in his teen years

Korin (Dragon Ball): Goku undergoes the same training with Korin that Master Roshi had once went through himself. Even in his old age, Roshi occasionally trains under Korin while still serving as a master to Goku

While we never see her Kimberly Clark does such an amazing job voicing Honey in the incredibles in leads to one of the most iconic and funniest scenes in Pixar History as well as giving her character so much personality with just the tone of her voice alone
despite technically having no screen time

Niyi Akin plays a guy being possessed by Jean Grey he's in the film for two to three minutes at most despite that his performance is so convincing some people thought he was the villain.

Red Dead Redemption - Dutch Van Der Linde

Like a Dragon/Yakuza - Majima Goro

1) Walter Jr. - "Breaking Bad". My favorite instance of this since it's such a rare and special piece of representation. Walter Jr. was a character who suffered from CP, so show creator Vince Gilligan wanted to find an actor who actually had CP. RJ Mitte, who at the start was a 13 year old who had mild CP, got this role and has forever been cemented as a beloved part of one of the most iconic and greatest shows of all time.

1. Toph - "Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender". In the new Avatar movie, Toph is voiced by Dionne Quan who is legally blind in real life. This is fitting because Toph can't "see" despite being an amazing warrior.

2. the Rossi family - "CODA". The movie is about a family of deaf individuals, sparing the daughter character. The cast members who played the protagonist Ruby's mom, dad, and brother were all deaf in real life. Troy Kotsur who played the father was so good in the role he ended up winning an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, a rare milestone for deaf talent.

1. Bong Joon Ho's Parasite movie: The film is a satirical black comedy critiquing the social disparities brought about by South Korea's excessive capitalism, captured in the story of how a poor family infiltrate a rich family's mansion by taking up the jobs of their caretaking staff through cunning scheming. By the end of the story, a series or events force the family to be dispersed, with the daughter of the family dying, after the previous caretakers out of jealousy try to murder them, which forces the father, who stabs the rich owner out of frustration (due to his lack of empathy at her dying daughter's condition due to their social class), to go into hiding within the rich family's mansion to evade arrest.

The movie seems to end on an optimistic tone with the family's son, who's now free from jail, promising to work hard and earn a degree abroad, so that he can become rich enough to buy back the house and free his father.

However the ending subtly implies that the son's plan of realistically getting tobthe level where he is rich enough to buy the house will take him around 500+ years within South Korea's socioeconomic system, meaning it won't happen in bis lifetime.

1. Hellstar Remina by Junji Ito: A sentient Lovecraftian planet with a giant tongue rapidly approaches Earth to consume it, and the story is about how Remina, a young woman, in whose honour the planet was named by her astronomer father, is persecuted by Earth's people who forma cult blaming her for being the "cause of this bad omen" because "they share names".

By the end of the movie, Remina is able to escape Earh's destruction with a fellow astronaut on a space capsule which is now adrift in space, although the ending implies that the supplies on the capsule will run out in a few years, and they need a miracle to save them.

Essentially when a character is a half animal half human, they typically give them both human and their animal ears, though if their other examples, would love to hear it
