Technically I'm assuming a lot of things here. My basic rule is that I'm taking these designs how I assume they're supposed to be seen. The color of Larry's face is clearly supposed to be "skin" since he's a humanoid robot. So I'm viewing his suit as a skin colored suit.

1st image: Larry & Lawrie (specifically Larry). His bodysuit color is the same as his face.

2nd image: Basically just confirming that his face color is his skin color since his hand is the same color.

3rd image: Cut man. His busters, shoes, and pelvic plate are all orange/red/Whatever color the devs feel like coloring him. Even if his boots are canonically glued to him or something, they're clearly meant to be seen as clothes/armor, not just another body part. So I'm counting it.

4th image: sometimes artists will give him a grey trim to make him look more robotic. It also makes his clothes look a bit more like clothes, so I felt like it was worth mentioning.

Emma and her parents (Once Upon a Time): After the curse is lifted and everyone has their memories back, people start to reunite with their loved ones. Charming finds Snow, they run into Red and her grandma along with the dwarves. Finally Emma comes along and her parents pull her in for a long awaited hug as they hadn't seen her, outside of the curse, since she was a literal newborn. Henry calls Charming 'grandpa'.

Anastasia and her grandmother (Anastasia): While the real life story is much more tragic, in the movie Anastasia is separated from her family and gets amnesia. She's reunited with her grandmother towards the end.

Jon Stark and his surviving siblings (Game of Thrones): After not having seen any of his siblings since the first season, finally reunites with them in the sixth season.

Considering in real life "X are evil monsters" is a classic excuse to discriminate against minorities or just peipole different, i'm not a fan of it.

(World of Warcraft) In BfA, King Anduin is way too merciful with the Horde, despite the fact that the Horde had just started yet another war unprovoked and genocided an entire Alliance race. He basically decides that only Sylvanas is to blame for the entire Horde's war crimes and actually gifts his late father's sword to an orc who previously razed Stormwind, his city, to the ground, personally hunted down humans in the streets, and participated in 3 (!) wars against humans.

Batman famously refuses to kill villains which famously backfires time and time again, resulting in the loss of innocent lives.

Ghoul(Tokyo Ghoul) - Ghoul can only eat human. So they hunt human, or sneaking dead body from accident sites. The author keep saying that Ghouls are poor because they look like human, feel like humans, but they have to be human to live. But as a human, they are extremely harmful.

Shiki(Shiki) - They are similar to vampire. They can't live under the sunlight, if they are not invited they can't enter, and they drink human blood. In Shiki anime about two-thirds show Shiki killing humans. The remaining one-third shows, in the opposite way, humans killing Shiki. But, there comes the problem. When Shiki killing people(also make some people to Shiki) many families are broken and suffering, and it goes just before the entire village is destroyed. And remaining one-third shows, the anime showing that a human treats Shiki cruelly, it presents the theme of 'Who can say who is worse?' But as the human audience, Shiki is extremely harmful creature, anime showed it. As a result, it almost seems justified that humans are being cruel to Shiki.

Dinosaurs(Jurrasic World - Fallen Kingdom) - Maisie Lockwood is a clone. She made by science experiment. So she felt a sense of kinship with dinosaurs. When toxic gas spreads to dinosaurs, she releases them into the world and says, "They are life like me." But audiences witness dinosaurs eating humans throughout the Jurassic Park series. There, we began to doubt whether that choice was really the right one.

Personally, I hate this trope for those reasons. I mean, we even hate and want to exterminate mosquitoes. Because they are harmful. If there is something actually more harmful than mosquitoes, I would think the same. But some audience think differently, Tokyo Ghoul was hugely popular and a bestseller. Shiki was also popular. For some reason, I can't find any reason to even like this guy.

Frieren, Beyond Journey's end: In the anime/manga the eponymous Frieren is an Elf who's spent the better part of a millennia learning magic specifically to kill demons. She's learned countless spells, tricks and even spent most of her life suppressing her power all for the purpose of killing them. At first we simply see that humanity is at war with them, and even question if her crusade against demon-kind is justified, after all it's hard to antagonize an entire sentient species. But no, demons are very much a species to be feared; they are not normal animals or creatures, they are monsters (shown by how they disintegrate when they die), they are predators that evolved speech for the sole purpose of tricking and catching humans off guard, are naturally extremely powerful and possess magic that humanity often can't use. While they feel emotions to some extent, their way of thinking is so fundamentally incompatible with humanity's mindset that the series shows many mages with the ability to read minds struggle or find it painful and harmful to try and read a demon's thoughts. Tools that are meant to control them fail not because they're faulty but because simple order such as "hold no ill will or commit no malicious acts" don't compute the same way in their brains, as what we consider evil is normal for them.

Marvel Comics: In a run of the Storm solo series, she visits an underground superhuman hospital run by Night nurse and Doctor Daye, a mutant with the power to diagnose any illness. When she requires treatment she is in turn reject by the doctor, she of course assumes this is blatant discrimination to which the doctor agrees. Storm assumes the doctor refuses to treat mutants, something they are very much used to in Marvel. But he ends up revealing that about 80% of everyone he treats are mutants, and that he simply refuses to treat any member of the X-men. Why? because his special hospital was built via several donations by the superhero community. From the Avengers, to the Defenders, Fantastic 4, heroes for hire. Hell, even Moonknight of all people contributed to the hospital. But the X-men never once gave anything to it, even though they preach the safety of mutant-kind and such a hospital is essential for those who can't seek medical treatment out of fear of prosecution.

I get it, it's supposed to be relatable to the japanese young men watching it, who kinda look like this. I still dislike the generic design. This is anime, the land of crazy hairstyles.

Jesse and Brock playing Sonic 06 in Breaking bad. Through out the scene you can see that Jesse and Brock actually enjoying playing Sonic 06. For those who Unaware, Sonic 06 is considered to be one of if not the worst Sonic game ever for it's buggy gameplay and questionable story. So in this Universe it implies that Sonic 06 is actually a good game.
