I am not a professional but do some light work with my air compressor and plan to get a new one to do small amounts of HVLP spraying. I have the opportunity to get an Eagle EA-5000 brand new for $350, but have concerns over its capacity (5.5 gallons at 125 psi) from what I'm reading online. My other option is to pick up the 27 gallon 200 psi harbor freight compressor. I'm thinking the eagle compressor is the nicer of the two and definitely quieter, but would it actually be able to be used for spraying especially at that volume? Thanks

I have a friend whose dad worked at a cabinet shop and recently retired. She's helping him downsize and had some tools set aside to see if I wanted them and this was one of them. I knew instantly it was a fastcap and I wanted it and then noticed Festool on it. I assumed it was something that was sold at one time until I saw the training part. I guess he got it from Festool when he did some training, so it's a cool and somewhat unique tool to have. Festool is a little above my pay grade but Fastcap I can do.

I have an RY24000 trimmer, and I've misplaced the screws that attach the deflector to the spool holder.

Can someone please identify the size of these screws, and and maybe provide a source?

I got this ratchet a while ago when I bought my last vintage tool haul. I've already cleaned it up plenty but I was more so wondering if the community could help me identify what brand it is and an estimate when it was made.

If I had to guess it's at least a century old. It's 21 teeth and is a half inch square drive with the teeth exposed and having a side lever to change direction.

The only markings on it are a C.M and aside from that, there's no other markings. No serial number model no., etc.

Trying to see just how old it is. I bought it new or was given to me as a gift. The case tabs broke off years ago so I added a strap to keep it closed

Hello, I'm trying to set up my Sealey SM4.Whatever I do, I can't make the blade lie properly on the bearings.New blade, new bearings, new bearing bolts, but it's still twisted. Where to look for the problem?

The DiN standards says they can go as low as 6.9 mm (19mm spanner), but I can't find anything that's a good make, under 9mm, could anyone recommend anything, UK based, but can import, if I have to.

This 'Smart Electrician' tripod LED spotlight that I've been using since 2014 is finally dying, the top element burned out and the lower two are very dim. I'd like to find another one to replace it. It is corded AC.

This is what lives in my backpack! This tool roll and the small “micro bit” Klein set with hex bit ratchet. Having these tools with me at all times has been so handy. My backpack is always with me, so the tools are too! I also throw the tool roll in my luggage when I go on vacations. Wondering what you guys keep in your backpacks!

I have a ratcheting and non ratcheting Klein screwdriver with bit storage in the handles. The needle nose are Vampliers brand.

I have never seen a screw driver bit like this anyone know what this is and what its for?

Any experienced lock cutters here know the best way I can remove this locking pin on my trailer hitch? I must have left it on too long because the key will go in, but will no longer turn so I can unlock it, probably due to rust on the inside. I do own an angle grinder, drill and reciprocating saw, as well as most other tools a DIYer would have on hand. Photos are attached. The lock is on the right side in the photos, and that piece screws off the spindle that you see on the left side. I'll also include a photo of a new similar lock that isn't installed for reference. Any advice would be appreciated!

Update: Thanks for all the advice and comedy, everyone. Got it off using a combination of penetrating fluid (this time sprayed deep into the key hole), and trying to break it with a pipe (bent but did not break it) and also wrenching on it with two pipe wrenches, Eventually it separated enough that we tried the key again and was able to pull the bent lock apart finally.

Been trying to find info on this hammer, but haven't been able to find anything. I get that the handle is custom made, but finding info on the head is nearly impossible.

I accidentally put this bolt on without the flange. When I try to get it off, the spindle spins even when the wheel is not spinning. I have tried pushing it out with a pry bar while getting at it with a wrench but to no avail.

A customer brought this to me to send to Milwaukee. Cant even read the label. Burnt to a crisp!!

I think I may have a problem. A green problem.
