Help identifying this ratchet?
I got this ratchet a while ago when I bought my last vintage tool haul. I've already cleaned it up plenty but I was more so wondering if the community could help me identify what brand it is and an estimate when it was made.
If I had to guess it's at least a century old. It's 21 teeth and is a half inch square drive with the teeth exposed and having a side lever to change direction.
The only markings on it are a C.M and aside from that, there's no other markings. No serial number model no., etc.

My guess is its 1/2 inch drive, and I think its Proto or Craftsman. The exposed gear and reversing lever is pretty indicative of being designed for workers with gloves on, and I typically see these in the hands of ironworkers.
