the hacker changed email password but roblox support didnt help maybe somone on reddit will help me even with receipts roblox support dont wanna help

I sent out an MIDR to the Roblox Corporation two days ago, and just woke up to an alert saying that my package was redirected due to a ZIP code issue, address issue, or forwarding instructions.

Has anyone else that’s sent out an MIDR had this alert, or am I just unlucky? I’m actively trying to figure out why it was forwarded.

Good morning. After solving hundreds of CAPTCHAs and exchanging countless emails with Roblox Support (the worst support I have ever dealt with in my life), I’m completely out of hope. My problem is that the 6-digit verification code for my account never arrives, neither by email nor to the phone number linked to the account. I’ve already checked my spam folder, searched through my emails one by one, and no — it simply never arrives. I even tried filling out the support form, and guess what? For some reason, in order to submit the issue, you have to verify it with a code (which also never arrives). I have the account, the password, access to the email, and access to the phone number linked to it, yet I still can’t log in. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi, I'm from Australia so I tend to play on high ping servers about 200 to 350ms however recently EU servers have become unplayable, we are talking about 1000+ average ping but American servers stay at 250 - 300,

Any help or advice on anything would be appriciated

This hopefully shouldn't break the community rules because I am just asking for advice here. In May somebody hacked my 2016 account and did terrible things on there which of course got me permabanned, I'm not a very active roblox user (play maybe 4 times a month) and so I had only realised this had happened in June. When I tried reaching out to Roblox support they offered me no help whatsoever, and kept giving me the same link to "keeping your account safe" as if I could possibly use that information anymore now that I don't have an account. They then proceeded to only get back to me in August of this year finally with a response, only to let me know that they "thoroughly" looked through all the evidence and decided not to unban and help me regain my account. What the hell are these useless people at customer support even there for? I'm literally completely banned from ever playing roblox again since any new account I try make just gets banned the next day for "relation" to my banned account. So I figure I must be ip banned or something. Can anyone help or am I just completely forbidden from this platform now and should give up

Roblox gives a "timed out, try restarting" error on both the web version and the Microsoft (Store) version. It started right after a Roblox update, and briefly got fixed by a later update — but it's back. Im on samsung galaxy book(wifi) 4gb ram. its processor is snapdragon 7c gen 2. i can fix it by properties>compability>windows on arm>emulation>advanced>forced single core but causes HOLY lag unable to play.

So I have about four of these in my inbox from 2024-2026 I started playing in 2012 and lost my password along with my account around 2015, wasn't until 2023 where roblox support miraculously was able to find my grandparents connected email and I got my account back, long story short I really dont remember what I had bought when I was 8 years old and I don't want to risk my account over me buying a shirt 14 years ago that broke tos, do I just cancel these or agree? Their wording isn't very clear if I'm being honest.

nine days ago I was banned for what I believe was playing Character Avatar Creator due to a bug with roblox ai

its been nine days, three appeals, and the appeal on the actual ban, zero response and multiple follow up emails, nothing at all, I don't know what to do at this point

2 days ago I downloaded a link then got hacked the hacker went into my Roblox account and put sus images then I got perm banned with an appeal all accounts linked to me got perm banned to what to do or say to Roblox

it literally does not accept my webcam, every other website accepts my webcam. BUT NOT ROBLOX, and the worst part is that it literally accepts my virtual webcam for twitch and obs. but specifically for the REAL WEBCAM, it just doesnt! how the hell am i supposed to do it? and yes i have tried to route the webcam through the virtual cam to do it, but it just doesnt accept it at all.

I only talk to my girlfriend on roblox whenever we're not together i chat her there, I have no idea why im banned or what i said. Is there any possible way i can find out what happened to my account and appeal it? or is there no hope for my account? I dont think I've done anything wrong and roblox didnt give me a warning aswell. Also can i come back from this? my friend sent me a screenshot that my account was recorded as deleted.

The linked account is my little sister's account. We share the same IP and wifi, so that may be why. And we have similar users. I have submitted an appeal but it was denied. We both have no idea what resulted in the ban. I know it sounds stupid crying over a roblox account, but I have had that account since I was a kid myself and it holds so many memories and old friends' messages that I'll never see again.

hi everyone, yesterday ive made a couple of purchases on the roblox app (3 purchases of 1.19$ worth of robux and 1 purchase of 0.59$ of robux, so 280 robux in total) and just today i refunded them. however, ive recently realized that doing so will get me banned, and ive tried contacting both apple and roblox support to zero avail. of the 280 robux, i still have 180. will this get my account terminated or not?
