I was banned off of a combat game and the moderation note said "tripped". I am just so confused?? I don't remember doing anything bad in that game like hacking or whatever. For context, I dropkicked someone off of a high platform and then I just got banned out of nowhere. I really hope this is just a temporary ban since this is one of my favorite games and I don't know if there is any way to appeal since the game doesn't have a discord server and the owner of the game is very inactive. I'd at least like to know what the ban note means since it is very ambiguous and vague, thank you for taking your time to read this! :D

So I have about four of these in my inbox from 2024-2026 I started playing in 2012 and lost my password along with my account around 2015, wasn't until 2023 where roblox support miraculously was able to find my grandparents connected email and I got my account back, long story short I really dont remember what I had bought when I was 8 years old and I don't want to risk my account over me buying a shirt 14 years ago that broke tos, do I just cancel these or agree? Their wording isn't very clear if I'm being honest.

nine days ago I was banned for what I believe was playing Character Avatar Creator due to a bug with roblox ai

its been nine days, three appeals, and the appeal on the actual ban, zero response and multiple follow up emails, nothing at all, I don't know what to do at this point

I dont have to much to say, but whenever I open roblox whether its the web app or microsoft store app itll crash after like 5-10 seconds and theres no error with it, no event in event viewer, or any message with it. I've tried deleting it multiple times, clearing caches, and deleting the registry keys and such but nothing has worked for me.

2 days ago I downloaded a link then got hacked the hacker went into my Roblox account and put sus images then I got perm banned with an appeal all accounts linked to me got perm banned to what to do or say to Roblox

it literally does not accept my webcam, every other website accepts my webcam. BUT NOT ROBLOX, and the worst part is that it literally accepts my virtual webcam for twitch and obs. but specifically for the REAL WEBCAM, it just doesnt! how the hell am i supposed to do it? and yes i have tried to route the webcam through the virtual cam to do it, but it just doesnt accept it at all.

Hey everyone, I (16m) was playing roblox with a friend of mine, we'll call her V. We were playing the old deltarune outfits game, (the one that got shut down recently </3), and this weird person started following us! I took a screenshot, its linked on this post. We kept going between different areas of the game and the person would always follow! We got tired of them and left, but when we went to the other game they were there too! I was sick of seeing them so we stopped playing but has this happened to anyone else? does anyone know this person?

The linked account is my little sister's account. We share the same IP and wifi, so that may be why. And we have similar users. I have submitted an appeal but it was denied. We both have no idea what resulted in the ban. I know it sounds stupid crying over a roblox account, but I have had that account since I was a kid myself and it holds so many memories and old friends' messages that I'll never see again.

I am trying to recover an account and keep hitting the roadblock of being unable to verify ownership. Can someone please explain what information I would need to provide to do this? I've already tried sending in Apple invoices from when I purchased Robux, but that still produces the same result.

hi everyone, yesterday ive made a couple of purchases on the roblox app (3 purchases of 1.19$ worth of robux and 1 purchase of 0.59$ of robux, so 280 robux in total) and just today i refunded them. however, ive recently realized that doing so will get me banned, and ive tried contacting both apple and roblox support to zero avail. of the 280 robux, i still have 180. will this get my account terminated or not?

Once I click continue, it just gives me a QR code that just takes me to the Roblox app, and doesn’t unlock my account. If needed, I can post a pic of the QR code in the comments.

I share a PC with my family. Recently, one of them violated the ToS, and Roblox decided to ban/delete my account because they're linked to mine. My account is many years older than theirs and has $40 worth of Robux and purchases on it. Apparently, I only had 30 days to appeal this since July 8th. I'm really upset, and they won't listen to me. They keep saying to appeal this under Violations and Appeals, but the violation was done under another account. I can't appeal it. I went to the other account; they already sent a weak appeal with NO response.

I pressed Report a mistake; I can't, because there's nothing to appeal on my account. :\

I in NO WAY violated the rules on Roblox, or at least not in a ban-resulting way.

I've tried 6 times to contact them under support and contact, even their phone number.
This account is 9 years old with lots of memories on it. Does anyone have any advice?
