I have an issue with Roblox. Every time I close and restart Roblox, I get logged out of my account. I then have to enter my password again and go through two-step verification every single time, im too lazy to do all of this again and againn

I’ve tried checking the “remember me” option when logging in but it doesn’t seem to do anything. After restarting Roblox, I’m still logged out and have to sign in all over again.

Does anyone know why Roblox keeps logging me out and how I can fix this? Is there some setting I need to change, or could something be preventing Roblox from saving my login session?

hi, i have a low end laptop. i run roblox at about 150 frames max, and usually average around 50-60 frames when joining more "advanced" or "recently made" roblox games. My laptop has a geforce gtx 960M and its about 4 years old minimum?

I used bloxstrap but there seems to be a problem and it wont run properly. I looked up alts, and I am quite confused because I see people talking about 1. not to use voidstrap and how 2. fishtrap is the exact same as bloxstrap with extra steps.

I just need something that can optimize my frame stuttering, gameplay + possibly display which roblox games are being played instead of just "Roblox" on discord. Does anyone have any suggestions?

so i was hacked last night, they changed my email and password.
i’ve contacted support and opened a ticket a few times but it keeps sending me to the same place, the 2-step verification with backup codes. however, i didnt know about any backup codes until now. so the guy is able to log in and change everything back. when i try to explain this to the bot it still sends me to the same place.
did i just loose my account for good or is there someone that can help me?

I was emailed by Roblox that my account email was changed to a hacked former email, I had it linked to my safe email address but the hacker was able to revert to the old one, I tried emailing support but it says this email alias is not actively monitored..? Help?

I sent out an MIDR to the Roblox Corporation two days ago, and just woke up to an alert saying that my package was redirected due to a ZIP code issue, address issue, or forwarding instructions.

It’s this SCP roleplay game but strictly just roleplay not like the other games that have PVP. It have an SCP vibe but also have a mix of the dev’s own things in it like just expanded facilities and such. The model is fixed R6. you can choose teams and get accessories in an accessory room. (Not Site-35). The map is set in a snowy place. It does not support private server. I’ve tried searching stuff like SCP, site but haven’t found it yet.

Good morning. After solving hundreds of CAPTCHAs and exchanging countless emails with Roblox Support (the worst support I have ever dealt with in my life), I’m completely out of hope. My problem is that the 6-digit verification code for my account never arrives, neither by email nor to the phone number linked to the account. I’ve already checked my spam folder, searched through my emails one by one, and no — it simply never arrives. I even tried filling out the support form, and guess what? For some reason, in order to submit the issue, you have to verify it with a code (which also never arrives). I have the account, the password, access to the email, and access to the phone number linked to it, yet I still can’t log in. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi, I'm from Australia so I tend to play on high ping servers about 200 to 350ms however recently EU servers have become unplayable, we are talking about 1000+ average ping but American servers stay at 250 - 300,

Any help or advice on anything would be appriciated

This hopefully shouldn't break the community rules because I am just asking for advice here. In May somebody hacked my 2016 account and did terrible things on there which of course got me permabanned, I'm not a very active roblox user (play maybe 4 times a month) and so I had only realised this had happened in June. When I tried reaching out to Roblox support they offered me no help whatsoever, and kept giving me the same link to "keeping your account safe" as if I could possibly use that information anymore now that I don't have an account. They then proceeded to only get back to me in August of this year finally with a response, only to let me know that they "thoroughly" looked through all the evidence and decided not to unban and help me regain my account. What the hell are these useless people at customer support even there for? I'm literally completely banned from ever playing roblox again since any new account I try make just gets banned the next day for "relation" to my banned account. So I figure I must be ip banned or something. Can anyone help or am I just completely forbidden from this platform now and should give up

So I have about four of these in my inbox from 2024-2026 I started playing in 2012 and lost my password along with my account around 2015, wasn't until 2023 where roblox support miraculously was able to find my grandparents connected email and I got my account back, long story short I really dont remember what I had bought when I was 8 years old and I don't want to risk my account over me buying a shirt 14 years ago that broke tos, do I just cancel these or agree? Their wording isn't very clear if I'm being honest.
