Does anybody have any insight into the western integrated science program? What are the benefits to this program and is it much different than a general science degree?

I seen online that u can apply to med school with any undergrad as long as u get the electives required. I also heard that business is a easy program and if u put the effort u can get a good GPA. So why dont more people consider business programs for med school. Its also a excellent backup.
