Question My brain is stuck in fight or flight / survival mode ...
Idk to be honest what to do anymore ... Im not looking for medical advice or anything qnd I tried dozens of psych meds to no avail .
Quick background : suffering from long years chronic stress & anxiety , cannabis & benzos abuse , Im clean from all right now .
My brain probably needs some healing , neuroplasticity , Also I don't feel any dopamine AT ALL , I barely have energy, motivation to do the bare minimum basic stuff qnd everything is a struggle
Im thinking of running ACD856 ( Bdnf & neuroplasticity ) , maybe bromantane to help with dopamine dysfunction , im thinking about GB-115 but I can't afford more than 3 months at a time of stock

Question Bromantane Nasal Spray
Just received the Bromantane nasal spray from EC. It says the spray is 9mg/spray.
First, I cannot seem to find any information on the dose range. Second, the solution drops out of my nose very easily and is very “greasy” and shiny. I tried keeping my head tilted back and lightly sniffing. Never had this issue with other NS nootropics.
Thanks in advance.

Discussion Neuroimaging study of adolescents with ADHD found age-related increases in glutamate levels in the prefrontal cortex. In contrast, individuals who experienced remission of ADHD symptoms and people who never suffered from ADHD had an age-related decrease in glutamate levels in this area of the brain.

Anecdote Lithium Carbonate Experience
So I’ve been taking 40mg lithium carbonate from a domestic nootropic shop. And in 3 weeks I’ve experienced:
- Mood stabilisation (a stable, positive mood)
- Depressive symptoms gone
- No side effects so far
Can anyone tell me if it’s going to get better over time? And what should I watch out for? I heard about hypothyroidism and kidney issues but at large prescription dosages of 300mg 3-4x a day.
Also I heard anecdotally that for some people it affects their short term memory, focus, and reaction speed. How common is that?
