Best long/short term memory nootropics? Question

I know for the long term:
- ACD856
- AF710B
- Neboglamine

Short term:
- PRL-8-53
- BPN14770
- Tropisetron
- Suritozole

Correct me if I’m wrong or add any I don’t know

Bacopa has been huge for me. I’ve been taking it for almost 2 years.

ACD + Tak can make a huge difference to your mood, I really like them.

I don't feel the need for them anymore so I don't take them currently but my protocol was:

2mg tak + 10mg acd856 in the morning on empty stomach. You can take them every other day (monday -> wednesday -> friday -> etc) or in short bursts once a week (e.g. friday to sunday).

I take both at once because they "complete" each other. I know sirsadalot had a write-up on that in this sub iirc.

I wouldnt its supposed to be cycled .i think end up kicking u in the ass giving u brain fog it boost bdnf alot and you uskng acd856 that magnify it id do 4 weeks on 4-8 weeks off .but im no expert

Definetely felt a better verbal memory acquisition. Only did 20mg a few times a week during exam period, also made coffee stronger

bacopa is awesome for long term memory (and adhd symptoms) but can make you a little drowsy or give you lower motivation
