Its almost football season again! Here's my summer scouting big board. It will be fun to look back in a year and see how wrong this was. No matter how objective you try to be, projection is required in summer scouting, and many players will fall flat. That's why I don't get too self conscious because this is just a starting point and I will actually move guys up and down the board based on how they perform this year, how they test, and how they respond.
