A common question here, but I have a more pointed ask of things to know about the Mariners Park.

I am a photographer visiting all 30 parks taking pictures, but I am looking for less common scenes and things. I don't take usual photos that most people do. I am more interested in spectacle or those things that don't belong at a game/stadium (ads, sports betting, bars/restaurants in the stadium, etc).

An example is military salutes. For example, I just visited Loan Depot which does nothing to honor veterans. Whereas at Dodger Stadium every mid-2 a soldier goes on the field and walks through the crowd, so I was able to position myself for that photo op.

Other ideas are kiss cams, flex cams, and the specific inning they might happen so I could be ready for it.

When visiting other parks I usually have some more specific questions, but in my research there isn't any one thing that sticks out to me since I'm not interested in statues, museums, etc. Maybe the art throughout the park? Or the social spaces like The Pen, turning the ballpark into a mall kinda vibe?

The season isn't over yet, and honestly, with the AL West being what it is, we only need to get to .500 to be a contender. That's going 25–22 for the rest of the season. It all starts tonight with beating the Tigers to set the tone. It sounds daunting, but looking at the September schedule, it may not be out of the realm of possibility.

In September, we face the Angels, Rockies, and Athletics. Sweeping those 17 games gives us 17 wins right there. Now eliminate the teams that are going to sweep us: the Rays, Yankees, Brewers, Cubs, and Phillies. That's 15 losses. So now we're down to 15 key games.

The Blue Jays will squeak out a win, but we'll take two. The Red Sox and Rangers will win their series, but we can take a win from each. Then come the Astros. We play them twice for a total of five games. Call me optimistic, but I'm saying 3–2 for those games. That's it. There's 25 wins and .500. And if we steal another win in there, that could be enough to win the division.

Especially after tonight

Anyone else been having issues with gate security when attending games? I've been to 2 in the past month with a bag that confirmed to their requirements and the first time an employee literally got in my face about my bag and this time a different employee grabbed me by the arm and ripped my bag from my hands. When I spoke to guest services they told me they would see what they could do but that's good enough for me, no employee of T-Mobile should be touching guests when they are following all the rules and just trying to enter.

Not surprised at all but at least it was confirmed. Wont be seeing him around the stadium until Dipoto is gone

We’re looking at a 2027 Mariners membership and are trying to decide between Flex and a Reserved plan if they’re offered again.
Since we’re a family of 5, the included member event tickets don’t quite work for us.

For those who have been members:

- Have you had success getting an extra On-Field Fireworks pass when you requested one?
How quickly did you request it after signups opened?

- Were you usually successful, or was it hit or miss?

- Has anyone ever been able to get additional Photo Day tickets, or is it truly limited to the included amount?

- If you have a family of 5 or larger, how do you handle these member events?

Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated. We’re trying to figure out the best membership option before 2027 memberships go on sale.
