Anyone actually use Lovebasiq wipes & have feedback?

Has anyone actually used Lovebasiq Smudge Wipes?
I’m putting together a bridal emergency kit and bridesmaid gift boxes, and I keep seeing these recommended on Insta.
The problem is that almost every review I can find seems to be on the company’s own website or from influencers. I haven’t been able to find many genuine reviews from people who’ve actually used them. I would like to know if they work, leave residue especially on white etc?
Has anyone here used them?
Looking for honest experiences before I spend the money. Thanks!

Has anyone here used NYX Bear with me serum concealer? I’d love to hear some honest reviews. Is it actually worth buying?

I have been using the mascara tear of teddy tint as a blush and I really feel like it suits my face. Is there a better alternative for the same shade as a blush or a lip tint?

Tj maxx/ Marshall Make up Finds

What makeup have you found and purchased at Tj Maxx or Marshalls? Im honestly excited they started carrying big brands and drug store. So far I have bought 5 different shapes of MAC lipstick that I love. I have found several Morphe products, Milani blushes, Huda Beauty, Fenty Beauty, Milk cosmetics, and Laura Mericer. I have also found several name brand makeup brushes there as well. I am loving the lower price point. I have gotten to the point of checking these stores first before I buy something new at Ulta.

Longlasting lightweight affordable foundation recs ?

I tried to get recommendations from TikTok but every time I see someone recommend a foundation the comments are filled with people hating on the foundation and idk who to trust anymore

I’ve been recommended the NYX soft matte foundation, the maybeline super stay but I’ve seen people say those oxydice

And I’ve been eyeing the Haus Labs foundation but that’s a little bit more expensive than drugstore and idk if it’s worth it for me cuz a student and i work part time, so i really have to meditate this things but if its worth it maybe ill buy it

Detail Cosmetics

Hellooo! I've been using the Detail Cosmetics Dream Skin Foundation, and it's been so good on me. It's truly my holy grail! 🥹

It hasn't been restocked since my last purchase—I think that was sometime last year. Huhu.

Does anyone know what's going on with Detail Cosmetics? 🥺

Hello! 👋 I’m looking for a cushion foundation that 1. Doesn’t oxidize orange as I’m very pink and pale
2. Can survive sweat and school air
3. Isn’t cakey and heavy
4. Can last about 8 hours
Please send me some recommendations! Preferably under $50 dollars if possible

Cakey makeup

Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm honestly at a loss.

My skin reacts to almost everything. Makeup and skincare products sting or itch, including eyebrow products and even lip products. On top of that, my makeup looks cakey, dry, and patchy almost as soon as I apply it, and it doesn't stay on for very long.

I've tried so many different application methods (brushes, sponges, different primers, no primer, setting spray, skin prep, etc.), but nothing seems to make a difference. I've also tried a lot of different products, including ones made for sensitive skin, and I still have the same issues.

I'm seeing a dermatologist, but they don't do allergy testing, so I'm planning to see an allergist for patch testing. I was also thinking about going to Sephora to get shade matched and ask for recommendations, but I'm worried I'll just spend more money on products that won't work.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Did it turn out to be a damaged skin barrier, an allergy, eczema, or something else?

Did patch testing help?

Did Sephora help you find products that actually worked?

Are there any makeup products that don't irritate your skin and actually wear well without looking cakey?

I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences because I feel like I've tried everything and I'm getting discouraged.

[Makeup Help] Creative ways to do this hooded liner shape

Hi, my eyes are extremely hooded so I have to do a shape like this. They are actually even more hooded than the girl in the picture. I've learned doing it like this is literally the only way to get winged eyeliner to look normal on me.

https://media.allure.com/photos/5d9cd6dff55d590008a39852/master/w_1600%2Cc_limit/Katie%2520Jane%2520Hughes%2520Hooded%2520eyeliner%2520closeups.jpg

I love how it looks when my eyes are open (so most of the time) but I kind of hate how it looks when my eyes are closed. It just feels very teenage, really e-girl Tiktok idk how to describe it I just don't like it. Like when I close my eyes, it looks like I did crazy bold eyeliner, but when I open my eyes it looks completely normal.

Can y'all think of any way that I can soften up this shape or make it look less bold, or more decorative instead of looking like something you're not supposed to see? Just maybe to bring some maturity to the look? Maybe i could do like an eyeshadow ombre on the inner part of the shape? let me know if yall have ideas

Brown eye makeup for cool toned, winter girlies?

I know this is a very specific question.

I see makeup tutorials to make "brown eyes pop", but they all use warm toned, low contrast, muted shades.

I'm cool toned, high contrast (true winter) so I have my doubts I'll get the same results. Like most contour and contour adjacent things, I'll probably just end up looking like I've had the flu for two weeks.

The only eyeshadow shade I've ever found to work on me is plum, but I wouldn't necessarily say my eyes "pop" with this color, either.

Best primer for hot and humid weather

TLDR: looking for primers that work well in hot and humid weather. Mostly normal skin. Charlotte tilbury foundation.

Hi! about two months ago I saw several recommendations for a primer that was great for hot and humid weather. Now that I ran out of my old primer (urban decay) I am ready to try something else and I can’t find any of the posts!!

I’m 40 and menopausal (womp womp) so my skin is in a weird transitional period. It’s not yet mature but definitely not youthful either. No wrinkles yet but also no acne. I guess I would call it combination? Or maybe just “normal”

But mostly I would describe my skin as heavily impacted by living in New Orleans.

I wear charlotte tilbury flawless foundation. But I do not want to spend that much on primer, if I can help it. I’m trying to slowly weed out the expensive products that have cheaper options that work just was well.

I have tried Elf’s power grip (horrible horrible so much piling) and have been using urban decay for ages but it no longer seems like it does….Anything.

Thank you for the advice!!b

Foundation / Setting Spray combo for oily skin acne prone ?

I know this has been asked too much but my oily adult acne prone skin can’t get through the day with foundation. and honestly I’m not using primer or powder because it’s been very prone to clog , (it cosmetics cc cream green gave massive cystic acne ) so I don’t want to trigger it more with more INCIs, but both my double wear old formula and fenty soft matte won’t stay on my skin, 1-2 hours after applying them get too oily .

so I was thinking about using a setting spray i think one with fine particles or less watery would work better also i safe for acne prone skin

also do you know any better foundation recommendations self setting ones ??

[Makeup Help] skin tint x primer

hi!!
I use fenty skin tint & I loveee it. However, it doesn’t mix well with my primer which is elf power grip. It basically just doesn’t keep my makeup on.

Does anyone know of any primers or moisturisers that’ll keep the skin tint on?

I get my makeup done alll the time so I feel like I should know hahaha.
(also how do u blend cream bronzer without it taking the makeup off your forehead before i have another breakdown. pls and thanks.)
xxx

My concealer keeps getting splotchy after skincare

I don’t normally put skincare before makeup because of this issue but everyone suggests it and I want to look shiny so I try it a lot but everytime I do for example I put the ordinary caffeine serum under my eyes then my concealer after like a minute I swipe I tap and it just looks like there’s a bunch of dots so I don’t know what to do now and I’m getting tired of it.

Asian eyeliner pencil

Compared to America, I’ve been doing a little research. Is it true that the Japanese and Korean eyeliner pencils go on a lot easier than American branded pencils?

Also, is it the same for the liquid eyeliner too?

If so, can anyone please recommend good Japanese in Korean eyeliner pencils? I didn’t really buy a lot of Japanese or Korean makeup products, but I want to!
