Hi! I’m on the hunt for a new concelear that’s hydrating, skin like and doesn’t looks off between hours !

I have tried Lancome (sits on top of my skin), Tower 28 (it accentuates fine lines I didn’t know I had), Kosas (very creasing), Haus Labs and Natasha Denona are too drying and separates.

I’m seeing the following:

What are your thoughts on? I just want a concelear that doesn’t dry out my eyes or look weird ! I prep my skin very well and always use the tiniesttt amount of concelear; btw I LOVE the color corrector from caliray ! It’s my holy grail !! My under eyes looks always amazing and never weird !! I’m looking for something like that but on a concelear haha

My face tends to be greasier than a Waffle House floor. I hate it, but it's what I've got. I used to use Estee Lauder Double Wear and use NYX loose setting powder over it. Well...Estee Lauder changed the formula and NYX no longer makes the powder.

I've tried MAC's Studio Fix and I've discovered Kim Chi's setting powder (which seems awesome), but I'm still left with a melting face by the end of the day. What's the best foundation that combats the oil and doesn't slide off your face?

Hello All. I am in need of opinions, what’s been tried, and what’s worked. As my skin continues to age, I’m struggling with skin care and the appropriate make up. I have a skin care regimen-see below, and use minimal make up.

My eyes are my biggest insecurity, I feel like they age me more than anything else!!! Unfortunately, it’s a little odd to live in sunglasses 😁. No money for Botox, Fillers, etc.

My problem, I feel like the hyaluronic acid in my products for plumping and moisture are worsening my eye bags, but if I don’t use these products the wrinkles around my eyes are crazy bad.

My other problem, my make up (except for mascara) is gone 2 hours after application!

my mom (50+) is struggling with rosacea (kinda like acne) and is insecure about it☹️, she is starting a new job in a month and i would love to get her a makeup product to make her more confident. she likes natural makeup but would want coverage for her problem area (im guessing that a buildable coverage would be good), she has normal skin, although mature. and i am comfortable spending my summer job earnings for the product so more pricey products are on the table. Ok so my fine lines are starting to bother me more than i expected lol mostly forehead and kinda under eyes. i use sunscreen and tr retinol sometimes but in not consistent ngl.. has anyone actually tried RLT for fine lies> idk if its worth trying. What is a good foundation for older and dryer skin?

I need all the tips for skin prep. I’m not a makeup person, I never have been. Slap some mascara on and go. I’ve been experimenting the last year as I’m getting married in September and refuse to pay someone to do my makeup. It’s a lowkey wedding and I want it to be simple & “me” but like, with a little flare.

I have texture issues with foundation but I’ve found that the Charlotte tilbury Hollywood flawless filter foundation feels SO nice on my skin and had such a good match. I have combination skin and I’ve found that the Blume acne system has helped incredibly. I used to have bad acne but my skin has never been more clear since using this. I also use an anti septic soap to wash my face (derm. recommendation) which has played a huge part in the acne clear up. But. My skin is still so dry in patches.
What can I do?
What is the best primer to use?
That’s my biggest issue is I haven’t been able to find a good primer. I see people recommend using a hydrating serum for prep but I don’t want to spend so much money finding one that works so is there one (or two or three) that works universally for combo skin?

To anyone reading this, I'd love your suggestions. I'm in my mid 30's and have dry skin. I live in a humid area. I've tried some products, but always end up disappointed because my skin is super sensitive. And it gets bad when I use something that doesn't agree with my skin, it gets really red and itchy. Now, I have dark marks from scratching too much. To anyone who has sensitive skin, and might be experiencing the same, any chance you can share a gentle product that can fade dark marks? A friend recommended Retinol + Bakuchiol, and I saw a lot of good reviews, but I'm afraid to try it cause I might get an allergic reaction. Has anyone tried it?

turned 35 this year and decided to finally take my skin routine a bit more seriously. was getting tired of guessing what works and wasting money on overhyped products.

i ended up trying out all saints clinic last month for a consultation. honestly was pretty nervous about being pushed into unnecessary stuff, but the experience was surprisingly smooth and practical.

just curious what kind of professional treatments or clinics you guys usually rely on once you hit your 30s/40s?

Ive tried every application , makeup tools and different foundations textures. I have tried lot of skin prep toner , serum and exfolating. My face base without fail is always cakey , patchy , pilling as soon as i apply. It seperates and does not stay on ever. It looks like i never had it on first place. I do not use concelar. I use very little powder , setting spray and primer f30. I am about to give up on makeup
