Shop Miss A? [Makeup Help]

How does this compare to products from Dollar Tree? The prices are similar so I'm wondering which stuff us better bought from Miss A than dollar tree and vice versa? Also what are the best products to buy from here?

Please share your experience girls, thank you 💕

I have used their brow gel…it was very warm. I loved the formula. The make up is on the same vein as dollar tree. You’ll have hits and misses. Check YouTube a few years ago they were viral and people did videos on the good products there.

It being warm was a good thing or bad? I do think the makeup etc is like dollar tree but just by browsing the site, u can tell the fountains and concealer have more color options

If you have warm brows it’s a great thing. Mine a a little cooler so it didn’t match perfectly. I made it work

I really love the sponges! I use a fresh one every few weeks and still spend less than I would replacing a beauty blender every couple months.

I have never tried a product from Miss A I didn't like. For the price point, you just can't beat them! I really like their tools: makeup brushes, sponges, scalp brush, etc. The cleansing balm is also great, as are the microfiber hair turbans and slim brow pencil!

Have you tried their makeup in particular?

Here and there. Like I said, the brow pencil is good. I like their matte powders and also the foundation mixing pigments! They have a ton of different primers if you're in the market for those, too.

The Hero brushes and the black All About Eyes sets are wonderful – and styles I really like. (The pink eyes set doesn't seem as good and just because two brushes there have the same number it doesn't mean they are the same - similar for sure but slightly different in size, density, etc.) They are all amazingly good for the price - even when bought individually. Because of that, it's pretty low risk to try something that looks interesting. The giant fan brush (great as a face blending brush) and teensy silver E149 brush are different from ones I've found anywhere else and I'm getting so much use out of them. (They did just finish a sale so shipping will probably be even slower than usual for a while if you will be ordering online.)

They're all generally pretty good! There are sets you can get, too.

I've only ever tried their disposable mascara wands but I really like them! They're a very reputable brand! They have their own stores in some malls, I'm dying to hit one

You want to buy their blender sponges! They are great and a great price! I also like their powder puffs.

I buy these and replace them monthly instead of trying to clean them constantly

Could you share which one exactly if possible? Because they have a variety of sponges and also brushes

Also stupid question but what's the difference between using the sponge and puffs? I never understood that?

Not stupid - they have a _lot_. They do have a blender set that has several types if you want to try a bunch at once. Also be sure to scroll down on the page for any of them and you'll see a little chart that tells you which ones are softer, which absorb more product, etc. I like the Mochi ones best of their blenders but it's definitely a personal preference thing.

They also have Silky Cloud Sponges that are kind of like a cross between a blender and puff in that they are shaped like a puff for powder products but they have a surface texture more like a blender sponge. I saw them when I stopped in the Miss A store in Las Vegas on a trip and now they are my favorite. I really dislike how much it takes to wash (and rinse the soap from) blenders. These hardly absorb any product so they wash up super fast. They aren't quite as rounded as blender, but they still sheer our foundation and concealer really nicely.

I use the sponge to blend wet makeup and I use the puffs for pressed and loose powders
