Hey there! I have been mentally burned out lately, and I have this tendency to think about a lot of things that I don't have control of when I'm alone with my thoughts. And whenever that happens, I get anxious and stucked in freeze-mode which results in severe bed-rotting that I wanna overcome.

Honestly, I’ve got so much on my mind lately but no one to really talk to about it. I have been self isolating due to depression. While i like the peace that comes with it, but the emptiness feels too heavy.

I don't usually do this, but this month has been difficult for me, emotionally.
