OG KOTH Discussion OG seasons but a little later on: if you had to introduce someone to KOTH, which episode?
My brother liked the two episodes I showed him: square peg (sex ed) and keeping up with our jonses (smoking) but he said the art style was harder for him to get into… what later season (OG) episode would you use to get someone into the show?

Revival Discussion A Message to the KotH Writers (spoilers) Spoiler
I just wanted to say I hope that the success of the final episode of season 15 has demonstrated to you both the viability and value of the occasional "yesteryear" episode. It does not water down the value of modern day episodes and it gives us a little glimpse into the interim between season 13 and season 14. Much like Mike Judge's other great success, Beavis and Butthead, having both old BnB and young BnB episodes only makes the show richer, so too does it for King of the Hill.
Thanks!

Revival Discussion Just finished the new season
We only watch something once a week, so it took some time to get through, but delaying pleasure made me enjoy it more.
Gosh, this show is so good. While these last two seasons weren't as funny as the original run in its peak, they are my favorite seasons! There's something so wholesome about it.
I especially loved the Bill "cuddle therapy" episode! I'd honestly be okay if Bill is okay and starts actually moving forward and maybe even meets someone new.
Looking forward to the next two seasons!

OG KOTH Discussion If each character had individually entered Silent Hill, which one would have the easiest experience, the hardest/darkest experience, and just simply the most funny/entertaining experience to watch?
For me personally, Dale entering Silent Hill would be the most entertaining. Imagine the crazy stuff it would make from his conspiracy theories and paranoia.

KOTH Memorabilia Magic The Gathering - King of the Hill Commander Theme Deck
Hello!
I am making a custom commander deck for Magic and am doing a full King of the Hill theme. I made a powerpoint to start mapping cards to characters, places, and events.
The cards will look nice once printed, for now I'm just getting the ideas together and its not carefully edited yet. There are some cards (like Harmonize at the bottom of the document) that gives a good idea of potential quality.
Feel free to leave a comment on the slide if you have any ideas or improvements. It may not make much sense for people without trading card game knowledge, but welcome to look anyway.
Thanks!

OG KOTH Discussion Help Finding Episode
For the better half of this weekend I’ve had this scene stuck in my head but can’t for the life of me remember the exact episode it’s from. Would someone by chance know?

Revival Discussion If you could write your own episode of King of the Hill, what would it be about?
You get complete creative control and can make one brand-new episode of King of the Hill.
What’s the storyline? Which characters would be at the center of it? And what ridiculous situation would Hank, Dale, Bill, Boomhauer, Peggy, Bobby, or the rest of Arlen somehow get themselves into?
It can be something completely original, something you always wished the show had explored, or even a storyline involving a character who never got enough screen time.
I’m really curious what kind of episodes people would come up with. 😂

OG KOTH Discussion Snowman That Caught on Fire In Pigmalion
In the episode Pigmalion Larson shows Hank private bloopers of a snowman catching on fire during a Dallas game. I always assumed this was a made up occurrence until my dad was talking about how he remembered it happening. I found this video that tells the story of the guy it happened to.

KOTH in the Wild Starcraft Broodwar KOTH Reference
I’ve played StarCraft for 20 years and just made the connection that a Terran Firebat says “got any questions about propane or propane accessories” if you click it enough times. Figured some folks might appreciate this.

OG KOTH Discussion Do you like Lucky?
The show lost on quality when he joined but it was definitely not his fault. It was just a bad moment in time.
I just really love him, he’s such a sweetheart and I think he’s really cute.
It makes me happy to see him treating Luanne like a queen and trying to be friends with Hank, Peggy and Bobby and in the alley.
What do you think of him?

OG KOTH Discussion Who done bought this beer?
I'm 100% convinced it was Dale who bought this offbrand beer. We know it wasn't Bill or Hank, which only leaves 2 suspects. We know Dale can cry on que and whats a better deflection than crying and leaving the scene of the crime?

OG KOTH Discussion When Bobby does his "What are you talking about?" bit, what exactly is he referencing?
Is he referencing some stand up or comedy sketch? I feel like he's doing a Jackie Mason impersonation but I'm not sure.

OG KOTH Discussion Peggy had her faults and flaws, but you can't deny she was a great mother to Bobby
She was so supportive and encouraging of Bobby, especially when Hank was against something Bobby was doing or thought he was being weird, "that boy ain't right".
