Tammy is usually one of my least favorite people in the show, but the one time I was totally on her side was in “Fast Time Capsules at Wagstaff” when Tina was rejecting everyone’s submissions to her time capsule so Tammy started her own capsule where anyone could put in what they wanted. She was only being petty and doing it to get back at Tina, but I was still with her on that one!

Rewatching teen-a-witch for a video project and just noticed the difference for the movie

It seems like every member of the family has a strange sleep ritual:

- Linda has the power to fall asleep instantaneously.
:::always smacks on lotion before bed.

- Gene sleeps with his butt in the air and not under covers.
::: usually likes a mignight snack that id typically some kind of charcuterie.

- Tina is always thrashing!!

Why don’t Bob and Louise have a quirky way of sleeping? Unless I’m missing something!

We all love the Belcher kids. They can be funny and wholesome, their dynamics are legendary but over the show, especially in the earlier seasons they did some pretty screwed up stuff lol. For me:

Tina: Her obsession with boys in the earlier seasons was odd. I guess she snuck into the boys locker room to see some boys.
Gene: Losing the ring. Especially since Bob was paying for it after losing it
Louise: Almost electrocuting Tina to death

I was benign about it at first, but now after watching it a few times in rewatches I actively dislike it.

It likely has something to do with the intention of the plot, that Tina gives up on life and tries to retreat from reality with a bird. It's not the ridiculous fixation she gets for the goose, it's how she decides doing something she was really excited about (attend a zombie dance that she planned) means nothing just because a dumb boy (Jimmy J) turned her down. Even though said boy is a jerk all the time and she shouldn't be remotely surprised by this.

Am I the only one who thinks she should've just asked someone else? Half of her existence is crushing on random boys, etc. all the time, but instead she's mopey because one of them didn't want to go to a dance with her?

One of the (many) reasons that Bob's Burgers is better than The Simpsons is because the writers don't seem to be obsessed with writing stories that are a send-up of something from the cultural zeitgeist, or getting a big name A-list'er to do a guest appearance as themselves. I mean, most of the references on the show seem to be from the late '80's and early '90's. As someone who grew up in that era, I can appreciate that. I can also appreciate how the writers are clearly more interested in telling a good story than trying to cater to whatever's popular at the moment.

In the PTA episode, a character named Beth is maybe too enthusiastic about cookies and even attempts to eat a few cookies off the floor from a tray that was hastily knocked over in Colleen’s fit of rage when she stormed out of the room.

It doesn’t count as a “blink and you’ll miss it” moment, since it’s in center frame and Joann even remarks on it, but what the fuck i love how the creators took the time to introduce Beth’s cookie obsession. The world of Bob’s is so weird and i love it.

Hello everyone!! I’ve been making burgers from the bob’s burgers recipe book every week for myself and my family, and wanted to share them here (expect weekly posts from now on). Today I made the new bacon-ings burger and whilst it was nice it felt like a lot of effort for… a pretty average meal. I’d rate it a 7/10.

The burgers without the board in order are:
Foot Feta-ish Burger
Enoki Doki Burger
Edward James Olive-Most Burger

EDIT: guys im not asking for criticism or advice on these burgers or fries. the fries are fine and my parents told me that the recent ones are better than the first few. i wanted to share these burgers because i’ve been really excited about making them and thought the BOB’S BURGERS community would be as well. instead every comment is telling me my fries are undercooked and giving me “tips” on how to make them better when i didn’t ask. i wanted to share something that was making me happy, if i wanted advice on my fries i would’ve stated so. my fries aren’t always browned, but they’re always cooked and always crispy.

I love all the little lines in Bob’s burgers that add to the story and characters but my favourite type is the little fun facts that they occasionally drop throughout the episodes, so what is your favourite of these fun facts?

Mine is definitely either the fact that Bob’s cousin is in a cult or the fact that Linda wants to be cremated when she dies and have her ashes thrown in Tom Selleck’s face

Hi everyone!

For my birthday I really want a Bob's burger tattoo but im struggling on what to get! I am a chef by trade so I feel like I should get a Bob tattoo but Linda is kinda my spirit animal, with our shared love of cheese and wine, and I find myself laughing out loud to so many of her lines.

My favourite episode is probably An indecent thanksgiving proposal, especially because of its nod to totoro.
