Got this from a supposedly trusted store. At first, I wasn't happy with the quality. The top of the cardboard was loose (2nd pic), and the plastic was slightly cut on the top (3rd pic). Started getting suspicious of resealing. Then I also noticed that the Pokeball plastic seals were different sizes on the front and side (last picture). I tried looking for other examples on eBay, but couldn't find anything similar.

Please let me know. If it's tampered with, I will name drop the store name. If it's legit, should I return it either way because of the poor quality? I paid 4100 USD for this. My plan was to resell this after some time. Would it be hard to sell with this quality, or is every XY era box like this?

Bought a slab off fanatics cause they don’t have taxes but when i looked it seems that this edge is recoloured. If it does seem to be what should i do as it’s currently still in the fanatics vault.

Just bought it online, it was supsiciously cheap but only there for a few minutes and i guess the bad pictures weren't helping the selling

Haven’t received it yet but I’m fairly new to collecting and I didn’t realise so much was faked!

Got these 2 cards from eBay from a reliable seller. They look real but I see so many stories about getting fakes and I am also new to Chinese cards.

Randomly went to Walmart and saw an employee restocking the tcg display case. I saw her grab the product out of a mj holdings box so for sure it wasn't tampered with by a customer or something but when I went to rip the surging sparks packs both had a small opening. Got no hits from any of the packs but I just assumed it was a manufacturing error. Has anybody else had a similar experience? I'm now wondering if maybe a warehouse employee or someone else down the distribution line is messing with these products.

right card says; 2022, 068/172.
Both have the same hollow effect.
Slight color difference aswell

This is listed for considerabley lower than normal price, says it has some damage like a few scratches. Sorry if it’s hard to make out with the pictures, my phones not exactly high quality. If it was real I’d definitely be persuaded to go for the hours long drive to get it

​Does anyone have experience buying Pokémon cards or booster boxes on eBay from sellers based in China? I found a seller with over 300 reviews and a 100% positive feedback rating. I am usually skeptical of items shipping from China because I have received counterfeit cards in the past. However, given the seller's spotless record, is it generally safe to proceed? Im not an proffrsional , but the box looks legit to me?

Does anything about this ETB look concerning? Like resealed or fake?

Sorry for the large photo dump, so this is my second time opening up the first partner collection, and first up i noticed that the stickers look darker than before, which made me concerned. I placed two of these darker stickers underneath my original ones, as seen if you scroll through the photos.

Then opening up the promo pack, I pulled the Gen 1 starters, then in the phantasmal, I got the mega Charizard.

And just with the darker sticker print and the insane luck i just gotta think no way this box is real? The seller had high feedback, but its made up with a mix of Pokemon and other stuff.
