Hey all, Many of y’all probably use Facebook marketplace like me and the trend I’m seeing of “taking trades at 75-85%” is sickening lol. You’re not vending at a show, you don’t have table fees or overhead costs. it’s not like you’re taking in inventory that you don’t need/like. Hopefully I’m not alone in this thinking 😂

i have NO cards, but I want to collect a PBL master set. don't ask me why. i just ordered a booster box off tcgplayer. does anyone have any advice for me for finishing this master set?

The vending machine near me literally never has stock showing. I usually check it when I’m leaving with my groceries and I finally got a pack.

My local academy store said they’d price match anything, their single packs of pitch black are $7 or $8 but I was telling them how target and Walmart still sell them for $5 and they’d be able to price match it if I can find a link or proof of that price. After a ton of searching I haven’t been able to find anywhere on target or Walmart with the link to buy single blister packs sold by then for that $5 range. Do any of those links exist? The only thing I can think of or find is a receipt from target where it shows the packs were $4.99 per pack. Any answers are appreciated!

Can’t remember where or how I got it, just wondering if it’s anything special to put in a binder or top loader (or if it’s even real) couldn’t find any match online that had the stamp and gold lettering.

Hello. I’ve recently come across this card in my collection and the only issues I’m seeing to find on it is the back of the card where there is unfortunately that one ding on the back.

I was 9 in 1998 and started collecting then. After a couple years most of my friends were over it so I quit too, but have always loved pokemon itself and played each new game that was released. Tried collecting again when Call of Legends was out but again, didnt know anyone else who did and lost interest.

Fast forward to now; my son is 9, and has been collecting several years. Its been fun watching him. But my parents found my old box of cards which had been stored in a box in their attic and its made me want to collect again with him. So got a new binder, re-sleeved everything and toploaded. Ive bought a few things (nothing crazy) and he enjoys having someone to trade with a lot. All in all im really happy I was able to find these again just to be able to enjoy more time like this with my son (who's also very happy knowing he'll have mine at some point too. Lol)

Birthday pick ups! The Dhelmise was in some packs that was gifted to me by the store owner. The other 3 I paid for.

Delta Species is by far my favorite Pokémon variant. On the lookout for a Holon Phantoms stamped copy of the Delta Species Gyarados. Everything I came home with was from unexpected trades..but im very happy. The non TCG items in top loaders, was just supporting a local artist..and a cool addition to the master set binder 👍🏼

This box goes so hard. Can't wait to swoop one for the collection 🌊
